Ok here is the summary of the Sony Conference:

- Uncharted 2 Among Thieves shown. On June 2nd, 2009, you can play the multiplayer beta of the game. Single player demo shown.

- MAG is shown with live game play. A Full 256 player battle is demonstrated from L.A. to Seattle teams playing.

- Dissidia Final Fantasy and Assassin’s Creed announced for PSP coming out this year.

- PSP Go announced and shown. 16GB of internal flash memory, built-in Wi-Fi, Integrated Bluetooth. Media Go allows people to transfer games, music, photos, and videos from their PC onto the PSP Go. Sense me puts the music you “feel like” onto your player. Coming fall 2009.

- Reduction to the PSP tools. All services and functionality available for both PSP 3000 and PSP Go. PSP Go will be available in the US and Europe for $249.99. Video service available on both PSP and PSP Go.

- Showtime, G4, and other shows available on the PSP video service.

- Gran Turismo PSP announced. Is also available for the PSP Go. Is “compared” to being a full blown Gran Turismo game on the PS2 or PS3. 800 cars, 35 tracks, single player mode, time trails, mission challenge mode. New features including allowing you to play up to four players online. Another feature is a trading and sharing of cars between you and other players. Available
October 1st, 2009.

- Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker announced for PSP and PSP Go. Ten years after Metal Gear solid 3. Not a “side story or spin-off”. Trailer for the game has been shown.

- LittleBigPlanet. Jak and Daxter, Mortor Storm, Dragon Age, SOCOM, Monster Hunter, Soul Caliber, Rock Band Unplugged, and other games shown on the PSP and PSP Go.

- Final Fantasy VII announced on Playstation Network.

- New Playstation Home content such as InFamous, Resident Evil, The Godfather, Street Fighter IV, and many others.

- Uncharted 2, infamous, Madden ’10, Final Fantasy XIII, MAG, Batman Arkham Asylum, Brutal Legend, Motor Storm, Ghostbusters, Ninja Gaiden, Mafia II, Buzz, Saw, King of Fighters, Ice Age, Tekken 6, God of War III, Red Faction Guitar Hero 5, Karaoke Revolution, Singstar, BioShock 2, Ratchet and Clank, Fight Night and other PS3 and Playstation Network games shown.

- Agent announced. Espionage game, taking players around the world to take on covert missions.

- Assassin’s Creed II demo shown. “The Flying Machine” shown in the demo. Over 30 different weapons available in the game. This game can connect to the Assassin’s Creed PSP game.. Coming Holiday 2009.

- Final Fantasy XIII for PS3 trailer shown. Coming 2010 for the PS3.

- Final Fantasy XIV Online Trailer shown. Exclusively for the PS3.

- New Playstation controller device shown. Integrates with the Playstation eye. Demo of the new device shows drawing, interaction with the Eye Toy. Painting and laying a path of dominoes is shown. Demo of a “real time strategy” game is shown, you can plan a route for a tank to follow or go in first person view to see the tank’s perspective. Character control demo shown. Spring 2010.

- ModNation Racers announced. A customizable racing game where you can create your own characters, cars, and YOUR VERY OWN TRACKS using the TrackStudio feature.

- The Last Guardian Trailer shown.

- A new Gran Turismo 5 Trailer shown. WRC championships and NASCAR, shown to be on the game.

- God of War III live demo shown. Coming March 2010.

My Thoughts: BEST LINE-UP OF GAMES SHOWN. As for conference, not sure if it blew Microsoft out of the way (i would say in par with Microsoft) but MAN! That is ALOT of new things coming out...VERY good show 9.5/10

And that's it! That wraps up the Major 3 conferences for E3, and now tomorrow for Konami's conference...which i will have to miss because of my graduation!!!

PS3 had the games, but 360 had the shockers. It's a toss up between PS3 & 360.

I think almost all gamers have moved on to the 360 or PS3 by now. Wii sucks, but only because Nintendo and 3rd parties (mainly the 3rd parties though) aren't using it right.

I'm interested to see the new DDR game.

I love how in the Sony conference they kept re-iterating that Peace Walker was "not a side-story, but a full-fledged sequel".
It's like they had security issues after MGSR being announced.
That said, it was a fairly interesting conference towards the end with ModNation Racers and the motion thingy, but my god was I bored at the beginning. It's probably not the fault of Sony, I just don't like them that much.

MS' conference totally blew everyone else out of the water though. They kept delivering and wouldn't stop.
NIntendo... Well was anyone expecting much? Galaxy 2 will be fun, but it doesn't look like there will be much to seperate it from the first. Although I did get pretty excited when he hopped on Yoshi. and I lost interest in Metroid after SNES, going into First Person. I'll wait and see what the Other M is like.

I found the Nintendo conference had too much blah blah blah and they mentioned too much old games and statistics. Though I was happy to see a New Super Mario Bros Wii, I was even happier to see another Mario Galaxy, and I was blown away when I seen the new Metroid game. I hope Other M has some awesome online multiplayer mode with the gun upgrades from MPH. Wii Sports Resort looks semi promising, but once again like the other Wii series games, I find it is not something I can get attached to for a long time.

Don't think it's mentioned in the thread yet, but KONAMI's E3 conference will be on tomorrow at 3pm PST.

I hope it doesn't fail the same way as last year with Rock Revolution.

Doubt it will. At last year's E3, they really didn't have anything too interesting to the press to talk about. This year, they have three Kojima games, PES 2010, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, and I think some Castlevania stuff as well.

Looks like KONAMI have failed to book somewhere which allows live feeds, oh dear, not a great start.

Maybe it isn't that they failed, maybe it's that they didn't want to. O_o

Konami is legendary, says the montage.
Montage includes Metal Gear, that new Silent Hill Wii game, DDR, KR, and Pop'n Music, among others
We're not going to be disappointed with this press conference, apparently
Metal Gear Arcade got announced
Involves "Tactical Online Action". Uses "eKonami" (eAmuse?). Will also be in 3D if you have special goggles.
Also, Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker and Metal Gear Solid Rising appear again.
Castlevania Lords Of Shadow, apparently a God Of War-like action game.
