Just came back from the best weekend this year by far.

Seriously, everyone should come to MAGFest at least once.

Oh, and I met SM MaxX. We chilled and watched The FP with a few other friends. Good times

Highlights include passing my first EXH 13 on SDVX, and getting a SS on far east nightbird EXT in the arcade version of jubeat saucer fulfill, which was ultimately the last round fir the entire weekend. Plus parties and PENDUAL and Game Grumps and #MAGHorse.

I need a plan of attack to get a Meta Knight amiibo. Everyone's saying these 3rd-wave fudgers are released on the 1st but various Best Buys won't give me any consistent answers besides they restock on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Theory is they're getting them tomorrow and hiding them until Sunday.

so if they do come out Sunday how early do I wait outside Best Buy

yes I am also stalking the preorders like a normal person who missed the first hour window

I miss going to game arcades in general. The last time was a year ago but I never played anything, lol.

I have been reading a lot of poems on deviantART about introversion lately, and I feel totally related to the people who created those poems and the comments they receive. And after digging deeper into the meaning of introversion, it makes me feel that I (kind of) enjoy being an introvert. (Even though it brings me guilt, at times) BTW, I highly recommend watching this video.

However, this concerns people (mostly my family) who insists that I should "get out of my shell" and talk to people more when I want to the opposite. There are also those times where I am wanted to become an extrovert, something which takes a LONG time for me to be. I can't help it, but feel pissed. about it.

I know I sound whiny, but this is something I really want to Let Out. And something people I know and care should know.

TL;DR, I am an introvert, and I am okay being one.

There's nothing wrong with being introverted. I consider myself introverted, and I find myself also annoyed when family, friends, etc. tell me things like "you need to get yourself out there" or "be more social". Some/most people don't realize it's not that easy for everyone and it takes time to "become" an extrovert. It's okay to get frustrated or pissed from it, but there's not really anything you can do to change yourself unless you really want to change. And you don't have to change either, I guess. Since you seem fine with being an introvert. A few years (4+ minimum) ago I was really socially anxious and had bad self esteem and stuff, so I was really introverted. I'm talking like I couldn't even go to stores by myself or do things like public speaking. Though I found that through self-reflection, time passing, and trying to improve aspects of myself I got better at being social and less secluded, I still prefer to be by myself most times.

Sorry if that didn't really make sense it's like 1:30 am

3 weeks into school and I'm already having nervous breakdowns with my math class. Back to this song and dance again.

In media production/studies but the math class is a required GenEd to graduate.

I've actually been working on music, if you can believe it. Started work on a track that was supposed to be reminiscent of the early beatmania/IIDX days, but that didn't come exactly to plan.

Makes me think of something that I think should be a thing, at least as a meme of some kind... Songs that take inspiration initially from some specific source like early BEMANI or early pop culture, but then that becomes totally derailed out of nowhere and the song takes a turn for the weird or wonky or something to that effect... I think there might be some humor in that idea...
