Could you add a link for the very latest post in the notifications list thing for a thread? It eventually stops notifying you of the posts and takes you to the post it stopped on.

The reasoning for that is, the notifications only notifies you up to 5 posts after your last post, this is to prevent a flood of notifications coming your way. It's just how it's designed to work at the moment, but I'll figure something out.
