Any game, any video. It doesn't have to the the best per se, but memorable. I think the Super Star Mitsuru videos are easily the most memorable. I mean, who can forget that look on Taka's face?! 
As far as DDR goes, MAX 300's spiky balls of doom and random scary words will remain in my memory forever.
