They don't have to follow only those special types nor do you have to use only one special type per simfile. If you want to make a "Double step", "Super Slow" special or any other kind go ahead.
Append: Just to be clear the edit/submission period ends on the 24th. The 25th will begin the voting period and that will end the next day. This totals 8 days, however, THIS IS ONLY FOR THE FIRST ROUND because I started late and am giving and extra day. the next rounds will total 7 days. 6 for editing and submitting and 1 for voting, as stated in the rules.
Append: Please upload simfiles as follows: [Round 1] London EVOLVED Ver. A (Android Special). I stated this in the rules but I'm sure those of you who submitted files already just forgot so It's no big deal but to avoid confusion, please state which round it is being submitted for.
