Crazy as in gimmicks. To be honest, lots of people are angry at this guy, and I don't think it's really worth taking his side, but it's pretty damn good.

The game itself is free, what you're paying for is DLC.

This game is MUCH more modified than Mungyodance was!

Will the DLC be 100% original music and/or music that he has the rights to sell?

And yes, selling Stepmania is an extremely terrible idea in the first place. This guy has tried to make a living off of it for way too long.
