I have a question about the new lincle unlock method. I unlocked thunderbolt on RB by leveling the lincle glass but it doesn't show up on my song selection? Any idea? Thanks.

It should have shown up if you really unlocked it.
Try sorting by level, it's a level 10 song

Argh, just double check with my friend. Looks like I really have to play IIDX19 to unlock thunderbolt. Just to ask is there any english website that has a proper guide to unlocking songs and interface skins? I want to unlock the jubeat background and the final stages songs like castle on the moon but can't seem to find any english guides. Thanks.

Unlocking songs is done by the Lime system. I don't think I need to explain that one.
Some songs like Mind Mapping (kors k mix) and Far Away have special unlock conditions.
Mind Mapping (kors k mix) : Clear 0/1 Angel and Mermaid Girl (Ryu* Remix) on all difficulties
Far Away : Clear Survival Games while using the Rose explosion effect
Interface skins are unlocked by either Total Lime Count or Number of Plays.
The Jubeat background is unlocked by using Append Energy from the E-Amusement Gate website.
Final Stages songs are unlocked permanently by playing them for a set number of times when they are given to you.

I'm really liking the album jackets, and that they put MIRACLE MEETS on as a crossover for colette.

Apparently not.
The songs are unlocked by default.
The new glass is for gameplay customization unlocks

There's only one IIDX19 machine in my ENTIRE COUNTRY -.-" I'm currently at level 23. Gotta find some time to head down that particular arcade to unlock thunderbolt and level up my IIDX glass.
