These are very awesome, but doesn't the PS3 version have some different banners? I'm pretty sure New York EVOLVED has a different banner, with a skeleton instead of those "Shine" eyes, i.e. the ones in this

You're gonna have to ask someone that owns the PS3 version to answer that. Plus, we cannot obtain PS3 data for the time being.

New York EVOLVED does have a different banner with a skeleton instead of the eyes. There is also a darker skull above the city as well.

To be honest I like this one better than the one they have in place at the moment

EDIT: I'd recommend trying to improve on the lighting and sharpness of the banner. Also increasing the color a bit might help.
