Keen to hear more, here's hoping they get their patent.
I wonder how we're going to be having our seizures soon. 4 arrows are done, as are 5, but then i thought konami had patent on pretty much anything involving stepping on a panel to a beat.

No better than Jubeat. Maybe it'll have something to do with rewinding, or repeating a pattern to rave music.

The odd Japanese game names can be forgiven given that their target audience isn't likely to know that the game names are a little weird and also the fact that, however weird the names are, they tend to have a nice ring to them. ReRave doesn't really have a nice ring to it and, in fact, doesn't even roll of the tongue very well. It may sound silly, but a product name can be very important to its success.
Also, Bolt is right that the logo looks like "RGRave".
You do bring up an interesting point though, if the game has something to do with rewinding, then the name gets little bit more credibility, but they still should pair off "re" with another word.
Anyways, hoping for something other than a 4 or 5 panel dancing game.

I agree, ReRave sounds bad, is it a sequel to their never released "Rave" game? I am wondering what this will be. I agree with Bolt as well, it does look like RGRave. I sure hope this doesn't cause all the dumb arguing that ITG caused in my town. I'm getting sick of people saying, "ITG totally rapes DDR!" or hating DDR once SuperNOVA came out, and playing nothing BUT ITG for the past 4 or 5 years. DDR has closed the gap on the difficulties between it and ITG.
ReRave, the name sounds interesting, but I'm not a fan either.

There isn't a single "800 bpm stream" officially in any game.
You may have meant "speed-up", there are a couple in DDR, but eh, those aren't bad if you've played the song more than like twice, all you have to do is get the first 2 arrows and you're fine when the speed goes back to normal.
