I'm not sure if I believe this will officially happen or confirmed by Konami. It's better if for the next time you announce something new, try and find some proof instead of fooling us like that.
EDIT: No scrap that, I don't think it's true. Have searched or BEMANI fan sites and not even a single mention of it. So for me it's safe to say that you have fooled us so GTFO.

All the old songs that needed a certain number of people in your Group are now unlocked for regular play. Extra Rush should also level up pretty soon, so watch this post.

Extra Rush is now Level 7 (Nothing new though). One Phrase Blues (Hideyuki Ono) from GF7/DM6 & Piece of History (TAG) from GFDM V5 Rock to Infinity can be unlocked via Level 8 Co-op Challenges. Also, Nakimushi no Gaisen (PON) is unlocked upon obtaining 60000 Live Points in XG2. Yuusei Overdose (also by PON) from REFLEC BEAT is also a confirmed future unlock.

This also demoted SIX DIMENSION to Extra Stage, oh and that was as of 3 or so weeks ago? We should be expecting something new by tomorrow, perhaps the Extra Rush song after Illuminati or next Friday. 
I won't be surprised of it's EXCELSIOR DIVE or that 98 song

EXCELSIOR DIVE seems more like a song that would be in an auxillary event, like 10,000,000,000. I think the 98 song will be next, then another song, then the Premium Encore.

Sacred Oath is probably re-arranged for GFDM appropriateness like KYOKA-SUIGETSU-ROW did. (thouth the latter's GFDM version appeared first)

Yeah, I hope. But for now, bemaniWIKI listed it as "Sacred Oath". And I think HALF MOON deserves to be crossovered to XG2.

Huge update is huge.
Spiral Wind sounds okay. I like Adverse Criticism more than Excavation Damage. Come Back Alive sounds pretty cool. FIFTH GIG is pretty awesome. The new Meikyoushisui remix is okay, but at least it has more guitar than the original. Yukisugi has some jazz influence to it, which I find it pretty catchy. The new 98 song is catchy as well.

Probably. We could get the Premium in mid-September and the Climax in October. I'm pretty sure when the EXTRA RUSH level is at 14 or so all boss songs will have been revealed already.

If the system is the same as XG's (and so far it has been), next Extra Level, on 9/23, Illuminati ～光を求める者たち～ will fully unlock and the Climax Stage will show up (no Premium Encore), with the next two Extra Levels loosening the unlock conditions for the remaning Extra/Encore/Climax Stages.

Except Disc 1 Track 28 does not fit the word "EXCELSIOR DIVE" in it. Also, none of the ???'s don't have any spaces in between them so they could be really deceiving.
