So, any information or guides regarding the unlocking method? Full songlist?

This is a brilliant game, I would get it if Sony didn't block PSP exports to Europe. Roll Eyes

This game is really interesting to say the least. I don't like Adventure Mode...too much exploring for me. I was hoping that you play Free Play Mode and unlock songs that way. However, The way the game works is enjoyable...To play the songs in Adventure Mode kind of rekindled my passion of the game series. Songs that I would pass by, I now would look for them to play and to enjoy. I haven't seen the full songlist...& and I don't want to know just yet. I'm too busy having fun with the game. I hope Konami make another Pop'N Music for the psp soon...Maybe a Greatest Hits version.//

Right at the end of ADVENTURE MODE, they hint a sequel, as it says: "Next is pop'n Party, see you soon!", so that maybe something to go by?

My only gripes about the game is:

1. Slight slowdown in ADVENTURE MODE when there's a ton of blocks on the screen.
2. The lines separating the lanes are either 1 or 2 pixels when they all should be one. It looks quite bad.
3. Music BGM is not from pop'n music 15 ADVENTURE.

100% IMPOSSIBLE, there is no way in hell anyone is gonna clear that level 42 on a PSP.

I find it strange that neu isn't listed as a 43, since that's what it is in AC and Votum Stellarum Remix's Hyper retained its difficulty change from 37 to 36.
Also, the [7H] chart (and maybe the [5H]) for neu is the EX version of the song, not the Hyper, though I probably should have realized the first time with the more climatic ending and lack of a lone last note.

The main problem I have when playing on the PSP are scales, especially when they involve yellow buttons. Things like the Goemon and Castlevania medleys on [9H], Gradius -Full Speed- [9H], White Birds (Mirage Mix) [9H], and Votum stellarum REMIX [9H] much more difficult than they should be non-random. Thankfully, random is more usable on the PSP, since most of the buttons can be hit at once, and the only chord that is technically impossible is 3-4.

The revivals chosen were almost all good choices, and the only ones I personally feel should have been replaced are Gradius -Full Speed- (Annoying to play on the PSP) and High School Love (There were much better songs from Fever to put in place of this, and I've heard too much of it, though it probably isn't too bad to play on the PSP).

I agree to most points.

If you play Votum Stellarum 7H, you will immediately notice how hard it is to do the damn scales. Some of the higher rated songs are actually EASIER to clear in that regard.

I hope they release a proper CS game on Wii or something with peripherals, as playing it on the PSP controller is not doing the game justice to be honest. Tongue

All right, let's bring back pop'n music cs. I really want to be able to play these "properly."

Thanks! It's hard to learn about pop'n when you can't even call the songs by their names or know their artists. The genres sometimes sound so silly lol

But the genres are what makes them AWESOME! I mean, come on here guys. Who actually refers to NADESHIKO ROCK as 凛として咲く花の如く? And consider the name change it received in DDR X AC and DDR X2 CS.

*raises hands*
I prefer to call the songs by their name instead of the genre. I mean, that would be like saying 'TRANCE' instead of 'Colors'.

Probably better for the songs with long titles, but still, there could be two songs with the same genres.
