Well, I have a suggestion, you should put two boxes for subscribed topics, and subscribed simfiles, so, if you have subscribed to a simfile category and they upload/update a simfile, it'll notify you right away, same with subscribed topics, but posts instead of uploads/updates.

The Site Agent does the same thing, or do you rather want the option for that to show on the front page too?

So, do I win? And I like the simfiles page on v4 where you can jump in to a category thru the top XX/recent simfiles section.
I find it a hassle to type "kiss", find "kiss me all night long" and click the link to the DDR Extreme category, and clicking the appropriate section to go to the category is wasting too much time IMO, but I did love the way there are more categories than ever before.

And while we're on the subject of simfiles, apparently some of them (the DDR STR!KE category, for instance) feature no download links. Something happened there I'd wager, and I want them to be downloadable again.

The whole thing looks a lot more organized, especially the simfile page; I did NOT like having to scroll all the way down to the bottom for the Universe 3 simfiles.

Please don't. I don't want to spend time going through and blocking all the lame huge animated avatars people will use.
The sig images of some people are already irritating enough.

It took a lot of celine dion songs and paris hilton mock-ups (coming soon to a thread near you) for the replies.

On the one hand, they do get irritating, like on the place where I got that "smexy" (as the owner says it) sig. I don't know how we can rule out uberly-animated gifs that cause slowdowns or insanely large avatars, but I can say this, the limitations for the avatar sizes are too restricting, at least for me.

Black background and white text is a maybe, cos I don't have the theme parts all worked out yet. And also, a reminder, the user rating thing is supposed to be for forum conduct and post quality, not to judge peoples' avatars and signatures.

I don't know, but I've noticed my raitng dropped from 92 to 85.

This could mean two possibilites:

1. There's a glitch
2. Someone really hate me that much

The avatar/sig is part of the post quality. I only rate based on it when it's bad like mageman's was the last few days, or distractingly animated like some.

Alrighty then, I started to take a look through the beta version and I found a bug.

I am viewing a PM that quoted me and the person's avatar is right in the middle of the bars. I think it's a bug as I'm not sure if that's supposed to happen.

Edit: Viewing a PM that hasn't quoted me is perfectly fine though.
Edit: I looked through more PMs that have quoted me and it seems that the quote bar stretches to fit the screen. :\

Sorted that out, turns out it was a code typo. I typed "largerightpanel" instead of "rightlargepanel" and the browser was just like WTF at it.

i see a more visible donate button has been added that might draw some more people to donate with a more visible link. any way you can make it more Zenius like though?
don't ask me but the first thing i thought of when i looked at the beta was: "this interface reminds me of facebook"
it looks pretty good so far. my only suggestion i might put is maybe removing the limit when searching for simfiles. an example would be when i search for "DJ Taka" songs using the artist box only, the user created simfiles can't display because there is more than 50 simfiles.
