Hi,
My Euromix 2 has finally died. I'm getting a "error code 161 - RTC error". I believe this is caused by the timer chip and quite costly (or fidily) to do so I'm thinking of doing the upgrade that I have intended to do for ages.

but I think I once read that Dancing Stage and DDR have slightly different setups and can't be upgraded the same way. Does this info also apply to a Stepmania conversion?

A Euromix cabinet will be able to be converted in the same way as any other old-style cabinet, so any tutorial online should be fine.
