I'm not sure what's so difficult about adding stops...

Just do Esc>Timing Options>Stop>type # of seconds
or just select a section with spacebar and press A then Convert Selection to Stops
heck, you could even edit the sm file directly

^ This is preferred. That way you don't have to manually calculate the stops yourself and you'll get a near-perfect stop length every time. If you're doing a gimmick-heavy chart like ouroVoros you'll need to adjust the stops by 0.001 seconds every so often to prevent sync drift, but that's about it.

There were a lot of revisions when I first started on this.
The custom .zip does not have the video file in, so you can just download that if you have shitty internet speed.

I found this gem, like, last year whilst clicking around YT. When the theme was announced, I had this in mind, but ultimately I ended up going with another song, but I'm super glad this song gets some love. It's a bop!
