I just added a new arcade location, and it seems to be showing at a completely incorrect location. As in...like half a mile off, at an entirely different address.

The marker is set to whatever the map was centred to when Add Arcade was clicked.
If the location is wrong, drag the marker to the correct location and update the address details again.
