Is there Class Ranks (or levels. I don't know what they're called) in INFINITAS?

Yes, Dan/Class mode is available as a selection in INFINITAS. It requires an INFINITAS ticket to play though (effectively costing an amount similar to an arcade credit).

The dan levels in INFINITAS are mostly just for show, IMO, though they can help in finding rivals. But since INFINITAS's standard mode acts like the PS2 CS versions' Free Mode, there is never a limit on the songs you can pick, so you don't need to set a dan rank for that.
Though I think you get 10,000 bits for clearing each course (well, the dan courses, not sure about the kyu ones), so there's that.
