Take a look at the embedded Youtube video at the top. On five of the 10 jackets, the artist's name has been specifically erased and they're missing from the banner at the bottom as well. This hasn't happened any other month.
In addition, as of July(!) all 30 artist profile pages on Bemani's official site have been deleted and now 404. Compare what it used to look like with how it looks now.

This is par for the course for IIDX at this point in its version lifecycle. The main unlock events have had all their content added, and the next version will likely be released in the next month or so. I can't speak for the situation about other games, but IIDX at this time of year is not a good yardstick for the health of BEMANI.I also loathe playing Expert courses (much less twice to unlock one chart of a song). (Also, as a side note, Leggendaria charts are only consistently accessible in Japan. Other Asian regions either need to use the version's pay item or the free VIP passes to access those charts)

100% incorrect. You can still buy Paseli (provided you registered your Konami ID in Japan region) and then purchase the Mystery Scroll item from the IIDX/eAmuse site.

I think this move by Konami will probably preventing many extended version of the musics to be included in the artists own album if they ever planned on making one....
Edit: If Diamond Dust -Try to Sing Ver.- is still available the artist name will probably be BEMANI Sound Team rejected by BEMANI Sound Team...

So far this censorship appears to be for this song only...

Anyway this is what I was worried about. They would be something generic like BEMANI Sound Team or they would pull the artist name entirely in games. I guess we'll find out how bad it really is once CANNON BALLERS drops.
