I was on Twitter last night as all the new songs and stuff were getting revealed, and I must say I'm super-duper hyped for Cannonballers' new songs!
It seems like it's going to have the best song list yet of the IIDX series, IMO~
Also, congrats to Akira Complex for finally having a song in IIDX...I'll play the song for certain once Cannonballers arrives at Round 1!

So far we got a train iidx (23 copula), now a racecar iidx (25 CANNON BALLERS).
iidx 27's theme might as well be air force combat planes. (27 VALIACE; pseudonym for "Valiant" and "Ace")
And just in case you're going to compare it to HAPPY SKY, I've checked already that even though it has to do with skies, it leans more to summer.

Ouch. Why remove Sota Fujimori songs? To my knowledge, it's not a license so what do they gain by removing it? I thought this one was kinda fun to play.

With the removal of INJECTION OF LOVE, RIP "Truck me~"
I wasn't really a fan of Osenju meditation in the first place...
But subtractive? I have to agree with Goldensunboy on that one--it's a fun song to listen to, period. I don't know why they have to cut that out of IIDX.

Injection of Love is saddening to lose, along with Marmalade Reverie and Fake out. Light My Fire's removal I saw coming for months now.
I'm stunned that ECHOES lasted as long as it did in the arcades. Surprised Feedback didn't go down with it.
I'm not going to miss Survival Games. The VENUS collab songs were cute the first couple of times...until it became almost exclusively the only songs Yoshitaka did in BEMANI after 2012.

The only removals I'm shocked about are ECHOES (because I thought it was already removed a long time ago) and Osenju meditation (since it's an event song).

well that was a great location test we got to see so much of the game in action, impressive
Seriously though, I hope everyone there is OK. Hopefully there'll be some kind of reschedule or future test?

Damn, these songs are some of my favorites from my first run at playing iidx. The Pink Pong songs going away one by one is especially killing me. I know why it has to happen, but still. I'd better work on finally clearing Crazy K.I.N.O. Another(9) before it goes! It's always given me trouble.

Wobble Impact got removed pretty quickly, too. Sota has been hit-or-miss for me lately, so I'm not surprised some of his stuff gets removed every update. I'll forgive the old man for the occasional dud and quick removal if we still get sweet new jams like Honey Trap.
