I was really thinking and hoping that 25 would be an anniversary style, but maybe there will at least be an event to commemorate BEMANI's 20th anniversary. And of course, I need a good DJ Mass MAD Izm* song from this.

People were also expecting any/some of the NINJA songs from pop'n to cross over during SINOBUZ, and all we got was Forest Snow. and you know, just that little thing called THE BEST SONG FROM THE ENTIRE POP'N FRANCHISE

Seriously I'd doubt this is more of a Formula 1 theme, since the title has red green and white colors, which is the colors of the Italian flag. Honestly it's IIDX RED: THE SEQUEL.

Since it's the anniversary of the entire Bemani series, maybe we'll get one of those massive crossover events, like the Bemani Gakuen and Bemani Stadium events.

So far, the oldschool racing fan in me is pleased with this new version. Can't wait to see more info.

having had the entire day to think, some other thoughts -

1. I noticed they brought the "The ultimate system beatmania deluxe version" tagline. Haven't seen that in a while.
2. Seriously hoping for some kind of BEMANI 20th anniversary event, or at least an event for 25 (26 if you count substream i guess um) main IIDX games.
3. man i cant believe mario and luigi are gonna appear in a iidx game
4. If the difficulty levels aren't shown as speedometers that's a missed opportunity
5. I don't have that much high hopes for liking this version of the game... then again, I didn't think I'd like copula at first and thats since become my favourite game in the series so we'll see what happens, I guess.

I thought this was a FAKE NEWS when I read the title (a title even worse than CASINO?) but apparently not.

Will Violently Car be crossed over? That would not be fun LOL

I hope this will not be a game full of songs with fluctuating high speed. I am using fixed setting so I will be screwed if that happens.

The great thing about Beatmania is that even if they completely screw up the aesthetic (Like Spada), there's still room to be hyped about the songs. (Like Insane Techniques, Blue Dragon Remix IIDX, everything about Super Star -Mitsuru-'s return...)

Anyway, I'm (sadly) not surprised Konami wasted this opprotunity on making this a huge anniversary version (it's not only going to be the 20th anniversary of BM1st Mix, but also Bemani as a division...).

So much for my hopes of Reo Nagumo/Nouvo Nude coming back for this game.
