beatmania IIDX 25 CANNON BALLERS (AC)

I wonder what took so long. When copula came out, the Round1 near me got it a couple weeks later, but here it's been over 3 weeks. Granted, this update was a whole freaking PC instead of just a DVD and artwork. I actually went to Round1 last night (I was going to pass by it anyway so figured why the hell not) to see if they had gotten the upgrade yet, but they hadn't.

Pretty exciting stuff! If PHM is getting the upgrades, then that means the MoVal location will have their machine upgraded within a week, tops! I was holding out going to R1 because I've been waiting for the upgrade to show up. 8I

Update: Apparently, R1 MoVal has Cannon Ballers installed! I don't know if there have been any fixes or improvements made to that machine (probably not going to be able to go there til this weekend or the next), but now would be a good time to check out your local R1 to see if your IIDX machine has been updated. : )

PHM has CB running. Lakewood on the other hand, all BEMANI machines are dead. All of them have a Temporary out of order label. I love the Lakewood location more than PHM because it’s not as busy but geez machines here go down just as much as Trump is on the news over what he’s said.

I'm guessing problems with updating the game are why SINOBUZ is still on eAMUSE with no end in sight?

Really wish Konami didn't have to add so much hardware to this game so we all could've played it by now.

Not every location is upgraded and they're already starting events for it? :/ Not that I'm not hype for it but give the kits time to ship out and get setup everywhere first.

I'm just wondering when Konami will allow us to unlock the SINOBUZ songs.

Chances are, they won't unlock til IIDX 26 comes out. They seem to have a pattern where (unless you can unlock the songs on Expert mode), unless you can get past the Paseli paywall, you gotta wait 2 games for those songs to unlock. ^^;

For those in the DFW area, Round One in Grapevine has upgraded both of their machines to CB. With that in mind, I'm assuming Arlington should be upgraded now, as well, but I haven't verified this myself.

At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if the next game's called beatmaniaIIDX 26 PASELI.

(Found out there's already an extended version. It actually sounds really good! Kinda reminds me of a mid-90's Mayday compilation song. Not sure I'd call it "gabba" though:
