Beep Beep DRS landed in HK

I have a question - does the machine know which leg you are using? Can you cheat by using a right leg on a left note, vice versa?

Looking at the gameplay it does not look easy at all with the turns and stuff.

The L and R labels are suggestions, and can be turned off if you so desire. The game doesn't care which foot you're using, and I don't think it can really tell, anyway.

DRS came to Korea on September 9th, but it seems to start from older version like GITADORA Tri-Boost DrumMania did...

Hey guys, just a heads-up, I’m in Tokyo, Japan for a short vacation and as part of my time here I’m checking out the Arcades… so far I’ve noticed there’s a lot of outdated info for DDR A and DanceRUSH Stardom… I’m adding machines to the arcade list as I find them.

I’m only mentioning this here because there was only one DanceRUSH Stardom listing for Japan (in Sapporo) and I’ve already found two in Tokyo.

I’ll only be here for a short time though, but just a heads-up… there’s more out there than you think.

Has the new stamp event started? Don't want to drive an hour for nothing.

Ive only recently just discovered this game and it looks so fucking awesome. Like legit fun. I hope it really picks up some steam it has potential

I can confirm the fun factor as I've played the game many times and thoroughly enjoyed it! The soundtrack, the technology, the presentation is all top notch. I too hope this lasts a long time!

I played this SO MUCH whilst I was in Japan over the last month. Passed everything except Flower aha, maddening to know I gotta travel half the world to give it another shot. Amazingly fun game though, once you stop feeling awkward. Some of the players I observed in Akihabara were absolutely insane and rightly drew crowds whilst I'm just happy to do the actual Smooooch routine repeatedly aha.

Midnight Amaretto is also an incredible song and Bemani needs more electro swing.

Played some DanceRush at Round One yesterday. The new event makes it take like 10 years to get to the song select.

Yeah that WAS a bit of a pain, I was happy to get the stamps out of the way just to get to the game faster aha.

Any freestyle players hang out here? Trying to make the US DRS shuffle scene grow some since it seems like a lot of new players recently started after Round 1's second round of cabinets.

Here's a Hastur freestyle I recorded recently, would be cool to meet other freestylers, regardless of the region you're in!

I've only started playing the game about a month ago when I moved to Japan, so I'm only focusing on high scores at the moment, but I do plan to make some freestyle videos soon(TM) as well.
