Hello everyone. Hope you have a good time.
This thread is "Z-I-v in 100 words". In simple words, in this thread I invite you to talk about your experience in this community, your sharings, your good/bad moments, and whatever you want to talk, but related with this page.
The rules are the following:
- You have to write the story in no more than 100 words, not counting the title. No problems with minimum quantity of words.
- No cursed words allowed.
- It must have a title at the beginning of the story.
- You are free to choose the writing style, but the suggestion is to write with a micro-tale style.
- You can add a image for explaining or decorative purposes if you want.
I will be waiting for your stories!

Alternate Title: 100 Words Is Really Not A Lot, Did You Miss An Extra Zero?
In essence, ZIv is Oscar Pistorius, once having glory and prestige around 2010, and then suddenly that glory and prestige fell off a cliff edge, onto its head, with the body sticking out of the sandy beach below, allowing crows to peck at its arse until the flesh renders to bone. Although the decline of Z-I-v has been less dramatic and less sudden, that's a really good bit of imagery there, so shut your face, it's my story, not yours.
Radio 2 UK does a competition called 500 Words. This may have been a better idea. More violent wordplay, yeah?

I'm glad I was able to make connections with this website. It's had its ups, it's had its downs, and currently it seems the winds of time are blowing some tumbleweeds in, but I don't regret my experiences here. Shoutouts to my online friends Sigrev2, Dreamland200, Domino/Woona, Lirodon, Blinded_No_More, Astroman129, and many others who I met through this site and still work and communicate with frequently!

Came here on a whim to PM someone about a tournament, stayed for the arcade tracker, it's been very useful. I've also had the joy of avoiding all the drama since I hole up and rarely talk to people but I've really liked the people I've had some quick PM chats with.
It's also nice that ziv exists because I stopped going to an arcade because of all the shit people have given me, which is kinda impressive tbh.
My charts still suck though, haven't found a solution to that one yet.

I signed up 4 years ago because a friend invited me, but I left the next day due to fear and intimidation. This place seemed like a very closed knit where newcomers weren't welcome. I'm glad I eventually found out I wrong.
In 2015, while searching for arcade info, I came to realize a lot of my YouTube friends were actually registered here and use the forums to play games and stuff. So I made a comeback and started giving the forums a chance, and wow, that changed my life. I made so many friends and I love it here.

Nope, it is in 100 words. I know that it's hard to write in only 100 words, but when I was reading the "Santiago en 100 palabras" story compilation, I could notice how people can create wonderful stories using that quantity of words. So, thinking in that idea, I created this thread.

Climbing that TOWER!
Bottom of the Tower:
When I first visited Ziv, I was all alone and thought that I would never fit into the community. I would usually go to forums and have nothing important or say something little. Then I started to have a little bit of a conversation and at most times it usually doesn't go as planned. I almost felt like I wanted to leave the ZIV community as soon as I entered it.
Top of the Tower:
After a few weeks of visiting the ZIV community, I started to like it a lot and I started becoming helpful by giving people advice and fixing theme problems.
And that is my story(and yes I know that my story is 10 words above the maximum words)

my ziv life in 100 words:
the first time i saw this site was in 2011 whilst looking up info about ddr II for the wii. after i grown out of my bemani phase, i came back in 2014 and I once more lurked on ZiV anonymously. i finally signed up in 2015 and failed at posting. i became more prominent in 2016 when i started using the chat and stirred up trouble. i started making simfiles in 2017, and finally learned to stop telling people to go "kys"))) and now i have 100pts for some reason too.
