kyka's official poise at a comeback!

Thank you to all who have helped me gain the required 50 points to have my own simfile section!! It means a lot to be welcomed back to the Stepmania world quickly and easily and even more so to hear that people remember me from the past decade. But now that I have the ability to share my work, I have a few things to share.

-I will be uploading as much info of the file (banner, background, mp3, avi (if there), step count, etc) as I can when I upload a file.
-I plan on doing a lot of beatmania, DDR remix, FROM NONSTOP MEGAMIX, and EDM/Trance/Techno songs. DDR size of course (60-150 seconds). I wouldn't mind putting a link to the long/full version of the song that I made steps to if people are interested as well.
-I will ALWAYS be uploading a video of an autoplay through of the simfile on Youtube before uploading the simfile on here. The video will show the hardest level steps.
-All files from now on will be the 5 main modes! (Not all old ones have this and I will not be adding modes)
-Any old simfiles I upload may or may not have updated graphics and may have some slight step edits if I look at the file and facepalm at how bad it looks lol.

-One question for you guys: I have the ability to just paste the link in the description but is there a way to post the link and have the ability to just press play like you do in the forums? (I forget the official term for what I'm explaining). Basically, can I upload a youtube link without having to redirect to the youtube video page? I feel like there has to be an HTML format or something??? lol

You're very welcome, and I'm happy you feel welcome here after a decade.

As for your question, yes, it is possible to show a YouTube video in the comments in each simfile. When you post on the forums, do you see a "YouTube" button? It creates this string shown as "[youtube] link [/youtube]". You could directly copy (or write) this code in the description and past the link to it, and it should show the video like it does here!

Example: your first simfile

Comments:
Preview of simfile: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRHGJ25vCSs

Change this to

Preview of simfile: [youtube] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRHGJ25vCSs [/youtube]

(without the spaces), and it should show the video!

My first 2016 made files are up. I have 3 more that I have to finish. One just has graphics, one has graphics and I just can't quite get the intro correctly yet, and the last one has challenge steps 100% done and heavy steps about 35% done.

Other than my 2016 files, I'll be choosing which ones from my past files I'll be planning to upload here for you guys. Most likely the DDR remixes will be the first ones.

Another new one is up. And yes, one of my favorite Bemani songs is "HELL SCAPER" in case you couldn't tell lmao. Don't worry. Only one more remix left since I'm not going to do any fan made remixes lol.

Uploaded 5 more tracks tonight. Not any new ones but some of my old steps. Like a decade ago old haha. Before I make anything new, I plan on uploading all the DDR song remixes I've done in the past. Some may have updated graphics. Others will be left alone. As always, I upload the preview of the hardest difficulty on youtube and link the full version of the song if there is one. Hope you guys enjoy!

Not that many people are reading this, but to those who will and have been checking my simfiles, do you like my uploading format with a preview video and if there's a full version of the song, a Youtube link to that as well? I feel like now that I have a large amount of files on here, it's finally a good time to ask. Alright, back to uploading more of my old ones worth putting on here!

So I just noticed that we was a HUGE fail in my "Team" simfile. I've since then fixed it and I'm going to do the reuploading by the end of today.
