Holy shit the location test's song selection is blowing me away. So far, here's what's been confirmed:

Aragami / xi
Dreadnought / Mastermind (xi + nora2r)
HIGHER / REDALiCE
New Game / The 4th feat. Mayumi Morinaga
TRICKL4SH 220 / Lite Show Magic

They're also expanding the rating scale a la DDR. Everything up to 12 is the same, and from there:
13 = 13~14
14 = 14~16
15 = 16~18
16 = 18~20

TRICKL4SH I actually wondered last night why it isn't in SDVX. Welp... There we go.
Also, the scale change is something I've been expecting to happen amongst a lot of fans, and now it has the same amount of levels as the KSM simulator, so some confusion is going to occur in that community, since 20s in KSM would be considered 17s in pre-HH SDVX.

Before: D, C, B, A, AA and AAA
Now (currently found): D, C, B, A, A+, AA, AA+, AAA and S
Unknowned if there are any new ranks before A

I welcome the scale/grade changes; I wasn't a fan of a 12/13 being either perfectly fine or brutally hard. I'm gonna miss getting AAAs easily, though. XP

Huh. Isn't Lachryma the hardest 16? At least it had the lowest clear rate last I checked. I would have thought that would be the 20.

Bemanistyle is reporting that that actually is the case. Lachryma is a 20 and Diablosis is a 19.

Speaking of ratings, not much information on them has surfaced yet. All I've seen is that New Game is a 15 on Heavenly and HIGHER is a 17.

Some impressions
Not a lot has actually changed to be honest. The chip notes are somehow smaller.
So far, the new 18 do NOT feel like actual 16/strong 15 (Dreadnought has some annoying speed changes, and eien ni shiawase is a knob song but that's about it)

Also, when looking at the game from afar, the effect+chip notes are really hard to see, but up close it's kind of okay.
Oh, and with the introduction of S-rank, the other ranks changed as well (got AAA on 975 ans AA+ on 961)

And today, some KAC challengers were at the loc test, and Etsuya aiming for a perfect on インビジブル got a near on the damn last note! There was a slight commotion in the crowd (shop high-score aren't keeped anyway)

I'm really excited for SDVX 4 but LvL 18 Gravity Man it seems really weird...

Just confirmed this today: There will be not four, but five difficulty levels. I heard of the new difficulty rating 'MAXIMUM' (or 'MXM' for short)

Also the mirror function from pop'n music is confirmed to come, for each notes and knobs. Random notes confirmed as well.

This could get interesting.
