Hello friends, I've been completing my theme fonts and I have some questions about the aditional charsets of fonts.
1. Wich software can I use to generate japanese/korean or other foreign languages fonts? The texture font generator doesn't have a way to do it.
2. If I have various fonts, how do I associate the aditional charsets to the main font? Or how Stepmania identify wich japanese font is associated.
3. If I identify a missing character, for example this Ø or another random character, how I know the code to implement just this character?

1. Not sure, but I have a bunch of font files from several themes I can put up which you could resize/work from?
2. Have a look at the DDR Extreme font set by Inorizushi - https://github.com/Inorizushi/DDR-EXTREME-JP-SM5/tree/master/Fonts that might help you with associating fonts and/or help you attain some fonts too.
3. For missing characters, like the O in Hypnotic Crisis for example, it's often done within the simfile itself (or at least it used to be in SM3.9.
For example in my .dwi for Hypnotic Crisis (yeah, I know, it's an old file but the code should still be the same).
#CDTITLE:.\CDTITLES\DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION 4TH MIX.PNG;
#TITLE:HYPNOTIC CRISIS;
#DISPLAYTITLE:HYPN{HYPNOTIC CRISIS-CHAR.PNG}TIC CRISIS;

#GAP:40;
#SAMPLESTART:56.91;
So the {HYPNOTIC CRISIS-CHAR.PNG} is a file in the song folder which is referenced from the simfile at the MusicWheel.
