Remember the Pump It Up WPF2016 announcement about their collaboration with EZ2AC, O2Jam, and NeonFM? 10 of their songs are available on Music & Beat, which is a "sequel" to O2Jam U. Those 10 songs are only available on the iOS, while a few EZ2AC songs have been crossed over to both Android and iOS iirc.

Since no one seems to have opened up much about O2Jam for a while, here's a quick rundown about Music & Beat (O2Jam) including its difference from O2Jam U:
▪ Currently has 270+ songs. With 30 free (29 unlockable) songs. The free songs can be unlocked one by one as defined by the unlock requirement. The song list consists of the old classic O2Jam songs from the PC version up to some newer songs that are not released on O2Jam U. The majority of the new songs (relative to the PC version) are by M2U, Warak, and Memme.
▪ Like O2Jam U, it has two in-game currencies. This time it's now Dia (Diamonds) and Disc. Dia is used to purchase songs, skins, discs, and for using assist modifiers, while Disc is the very "energy" you consume per play. If you have less than 5 discs, it will regenerate for six and a half minutes until it goes back to 5. You can get Dia by buying it with real money, or you can view ads for a chance to get 1~100 Dia per view. The price of the songs range from 10 to 30 Dia. Unlike O2Jam U, you cannot play the song you haven't purchased yet unless you play on Multiplayer.
If you don't want to wait for the discs and allotted ad viewing for the Dia to regenerate back to 5, you can turn the WiFi off and close the app, then adjust the time forward. Open the app again to see that it regenerated, then close it again. Adjust your time and date back, and you may now turn on the WiFi again.
▪ Unlike O2Jam U, you can now play the game offline, but you can only play the Free songs, and may only use the Default / O2Blue skin. You can still play the purchased songs offline, but make sure that the purchased song is downloaded and you must at least be connected to the Internet before the Music Select screen... however, if you are using a different skin other than the default one, after selecting a song the loading screen will be stuck at 40-41%.
▪ Multiplayer! It's 1 vs 1, but you'll have an opponent via random matching, according to what difficulty you chose. And the song is selected by random. It will charge 1 disc per match, but after a few games, it will start charging you 2 Dia. After a certain period of time, it will just charge you 1 disc per match again.
▪ The "tap/shake to activate Jam Combo for higher score" is replaced by Fever, which acts similar on how they did it on the O2Jam PC version. Clearing the song with All Combo will give you bonus points, which is a huge advantage when aiming for the rankings.
The score you'll get on All Perfect is 90000+(Song Level*10000). (all combo bonus included)

Finally get the iOS version and, dear gahd... the timing is awful, even worse that the Android version... 10 minutes trying and nope, uninstalling...
