You're probably right yeah, they might well just remove all the Rb songs from IIDX, jubeat and DDR then....Make sense?

I guess the game's not completely dead.

New songs are getting added from Mar 21st for the BEMANI-wide 50th Memorial Songs event. New additions since Dec 28th, 2017.

I hope they re consider killing this game entirely. Start a new version without a generic fantasy motif, make the timing harder again, and kill off all the horrible gimmicks Reflesia added, the players will be back.

Nah I wouldn't say it's a sign of anything.

Just so happens the game is still alive when they decided to do this BEMANI-wide event.

they only added this song to any active bemani game as an requirement to celebrate Konami's 50th birthday yeah reflect beat as an franchise is over but the game itself is still adding revivals as promised

I haven't checked the last few days but the last time I remember them adding revivals was back in December.

There was a revival notice in-game on March 13th but no songs were actually revived.

The notice has since been deleted.

Bump: 10 revivals added, but a different set from what was accidentally announced in March.

What are the chances of RB ever appearing in Round 1 now that it's dead?

This would depend on what Konami does with it when they decide to officially kill it (which they haven't done yet). If it gets an offline kit (like DanceEvolution did), it may show up at some Round1 locations, depending on how many machines Round1 can get. If it doesn't get an offline kit and instead gets converted to another game (like BeatStream did), then it won't, obviously.

However, it may be some time yet before the online support goes down for it. It's been technically dead for well over a year now, only getting revival charts (outside of the fact that it got all of the Memorial songs, which probably only happened because it was still online at the time). I get the intention that Konami intends to revive most of the removed KOs before they cut support for the game.

The game that was supposed to replace RB is pretty much dead. *Maybe* there is life for this oddity in the current BEMANI line where it's active but because of the songs they promised would return. And the Konami 50th anniversary event may be a sign but maybe not.

June 20th got 10 revivals. It's the list with MIRACLE MEETS, Groovin, Cosmic Hurricane, Sapphire that was teased.

We're reaching the end of a decade, and yet REFLEC still refuses to die.

If we go by the usual pattern of the patches, that means we'll get two more monthly updates of 10 songs each in January and February.

They still have over 160 non-licenses to revive from VOLZZA 2.
