I would like to ask, how is going the thing of the MusicWheel. If u havent tried it yet, I would like to "try" if I can reach the wanted result. Where I can find the link of the DDR 3rd to try it?
EDIT: Blind guy, nevermind. I found it. As are u saying, im pretty sure the MusicWheel style from the 3rd one is not complicate to recreate, so I will be trying to make this works cuz, one of the old DDR that i like so much, are this one with the 4th mix.

Yooo this is coming along fantastically. Always hoped a 3rdMix/EuroMIX theme would exist just for the nostalgic throwback, keep up the fab work!

I've haven't touched it, I can't understand clearly how to build the itemtransform functions If you can try it would be nice Quote: Ben Speirs

Yes, the old DDR games haven't accuracy themes, this theme could help to create almost all of them.--------------------------------------------------
It's
I've replaced the banner bg, and rescaled the size of the banner too, I was using 2nd mix graphics
Updated metrics for the menu system font
Created the initial version of mode selection
Created the initial version of nonstop transition
I will try to complete the total results screen, and update the arcade gameover screen. I will update nonstop items later
------------------------
More updates
Aligned p2 results in evaluation
Added initial version of total results screen
Updated song order to arcade version:
I've bumped this just to notice that now we have the player indicators in select mode and select music screens:
I think with a bit of graphics, the path until the select music screen is done, avoiding characters, wich I will think how to implement it to create a character card set independent of the theme, to get non 3rdmix characters cards with the same style as the originals.
I think the next screen in the roadmap will be select music if I don't wanna try the select characters "system" before.

Here is a teaser:
You must guess which is the original version

It would be kinda cool if Konami released HD DDR remakes from 1st-3rd mix. Like if there were a PS4/steam release of 3rd mix. Oh, and obviously the 1st one is the original version. Here is a teaser:

Maybe that will not bea reality, meanwhile, we need to do them
Also:
I had to do it
--------------------------------------------------------
Breaking news! I'm working a bit on the course mode
The course "wheel":
The results screen:
I will try to split the background components later and add the course contents
-----------------------------------
A little update:
I've added the missing cd's for the bonus stage and the 3rd mix plus mode of the PSX release!
Also, I;ve finished the object separation of the select course elements:
Also starting to mess with the course contents "thing" I will be ripping a pair of things and I think we will ready for a first release candidate version

Yes, the course list was aligned later, sometimes I post "old" screenshots, I'm too lazy to create snaps again
For some news, the how to play screen is updated with the overlay instructions:
I've also updated the next song information screen for course mode.
--------------------------------
I've completed the regular GameOver animation, that screen was a hell
----------------------------------------------------
I've added most (If not all) of the existing screen transitions, updated some codes, fixed some bugs, lot of minimal things that makes fell the theme most complete, that is pushed on the repository.
From the other side, I'm refactoring and fixing some codings related to the custom CD's generation the musicwheel line now has the custom cd's and also I've fixed the masking bug:
This is still not pushed because I need a bit of more testing, but fixing this, I will also complete the Evaluation screens with the custom CD's getting this done, I think I'm near to completion, the theme is only missing the character selection screen, and some details like the stage number and some items, but those are minor things. Whit that points covered, I think I could make the first release, later I will add a wizard to configure the general behavior of the theme, like disabling song options, extra stage system, etc. I've learned more theming things that I will improve in the other wips. Thanks for watching.

I think this may not help you (for sound), but if you need more music for each menu and screen, download this video via a YT vid to mp3 converter:

Thanks, I've already got the sounds, and most of the graphics I'm just messing with codes
Well, while I can get up some free time to continue theming, I've decided to start the 2nd Mix theme, I'm using a lot of coding from the 3rd mix, and dumping some sprites from the PSX version, this is some of what I've got until now:
Thanks to Inori and Flameyboy/Tertu for allow me to steal the music "wheel" coding from X3 theme, I think I could modify it to update the 3rd Mix theme "wheel" too.
Now, about continue dumping resources, someone has or know where to get DDR PSX memcard/saves? I don't have the time to unlock the games to dump the graphics I need a save for 2ndRemix with the unlocks. If someone could help would be nice.

Try Gamefaq. Or, you can simultaneously press Start and Select button before the in game warning screen, you'll be then directed to the main menu with the unlocked songs and options enabled.
