* Revamped difficulty list (graphics and numbers) on SELECT MUSIC.
* Revamped FULL COMBO in evaluation.
** Aslo, this revamp fix the bug that the circle is hidden.
** New FULL COMBO colors: White for ALL MARVELOUS in course, Yellow for ALL MARVELOUS in regular play, Green for FULL COMBO (green) on other clear grades.
