For now, ACE FOR ACES is in my private collection ,here (Sorry! Broken link! New link on 1st post), but i recommend to change your PC to a new one and use the SM 5 version of the simfile instead.

I beg to differ. I know Stepmania 3.9 is outdated and SM5 is better, but to be honest, I prefer using 3.9 over 5 as for making themes, and the reason why these 3.9 themes are being made is because it is easy to produce. Unlike SM5 using LUA coding (which is a pain to learn and use), SM3.9 uses an easier to understand format. So I don't understand why you despise these 3.9 themes, even when they are old or new. Honestly, just by looking at his theme, it looks nice for 3.9.

The only problem with 3.9 is that there are certain limitations in implementing codes which are essential to specific themes like this. A is so complex that 3.9 can't really understand at all. So that's why SM5 is the best way to start making themes.

I agree with jorellpd. 3.9 can only go so far in its technical stuff where as version 5 is leaps and bounds with its technical prowess.

Just let the guy do his theme and share it. I don't know why you guys keep bitching his work, If you don't like it then don't use it. There are people who have shitty computers and cannot run SM5 (Especially the DDR A theme which runs really slow in average computers). I think this is a good alternative to people that want an actual DDR theme for an old engine, don't limit people because you've got a killer computer with SM5 running at 1080p or 4K. Just my opinion.
