"Roulette is my main"

I've already cleared a level 10 chart. I'd like to see just how difficult this game can get, I'm already having a ton of fun with it.
This video here will answer the difficulty question. It was recently added as part of Cytus Pack II. 10s are quite easy to pass. Once you play 12s and above, the difficulty can catch many off guard. The video below however, is a 17. Only one other song is a 17, which is part of another song pack.

I have the Switch version, and noticed that FREEDOM DiVE isn't on the song list. There is only one Lv. 17 on that version that i've seen (Noel).

I need to try this monstrosity; despite me only passing up to 12's so far. Annoyed

I hope the Switch version gets FREEDOM DiVE soon(ish) via an update.

They will update the Switch version sooner or later.
In the meantime, Rayark is celebrating their 6th anniversary this month, and here's what they have in store for VOEZ.

"choons"
Voez has come a long way to bring players these interesting songs and charts to play, I mean the effects are legit good too.

To be truthful, I'm honestly not surprised with FREEDOM DIVE tho because I swear I see that song in just about any mobile game nowadays along with PUPA by Morimori Atsushi haha

They probably make the bulk of their money from iOS/Android.

It could also be that the Switch version already has all of the songs that are in iOS/Android, so there there really isn't a need for the Switch version be a part of the events for mobile. Having the game on the Switch is practically a steal when you take in account of how much it would cost to unlock all the songs and icons in the mobile version.
As for songs not yet added to the Switch, they will eventually add them to the game as a big batch. It's likely that the next batch added to the Switch will include the songs that Rayark is putting out this week as part of the 6th anniversary events. I don't know how often the Switch version gets updated, but I hope to see it updated later this month.

Got this game on Switch recently, thought I'd write up a bit of a review on it like I do with other rhythm games.

GAMEPLAY
The gameplay is pretty simple, but surprisingly deep. Voez has a very low skill floor, made especially intuitive with its touch screen controls removing the ambiguity that separated buttons may have. There are only three note types, and the game makes very creative use of them on the higher levels. It gets far more complicated than "press all these buttons as quickly as you can", and many songs bring up their own gimmicks unique to their chart. At the same time, the movement of the receptors makes the game quite visually pleasing as well, while at the same time complimenting these gimmicks. My one complaint is that I tend to miss the receptors when I tap, which may be a problem with the Switch's diminutive size. (8/10)

SONGS
Quite a wide variety, about as varied as Reflec Beat. Most of the songs notably have an artsy Japanese feeling, with lots of piano, soft synths, and DJ YOSHITAKA-esque trancecore. However, there's quite a good selection of some of the more unique styles of electronic, like nu-style gabba, makina, and oldschool rave. (9/10)

PRESENTATION
The most artsy, aesthetically pleasing rhythm game I've ever played. Not only are the backgrounds and chart designs beautiful, completing songs unlocks parts of the game's own story, which while optional, contains beautiful artwork and a story uniquely told in journal entries, text conversations, tweets, and sticky notes. Haven't gotten too far in the journal yet so I don't know the main details yet, but so far it seems to be a fluffy slice-of-life story. I will note, however, that the narrative follows the lives of multiple individuals who seem to be pretty separate in the story, so I imagine it'll all be tied together. (10/10)

OTHER COMMENTS:
-At least on Switch, this game comes with all the songs straight up. The only unlockables are journal entries and profile avatars. I'm more interested in playing the game than viewing the story, and no one's going to look at my avatar anyway. Bonus points for using Japanese emoticons in some profile pics though.
-As I stated earlier, the Switch's small size makes gameplay feel somewhat cramped. This would probably be easier to play on an iPad.
-Because the game requires the touch screen to play, you can't play this game while docked. I'm fine with that. However, the Switch's internal speakers are terrible. You can use headphones, but I wish there was at least a way to play the music when docked maybe? Just a sound-test mode or something so I can play it through the speaker system in my basement?

Overall, a solid rhythm game with tight timing windows, unique gameplay, and a merciful learning curve. Unlocking journal entries and randomly gaining new avatars aren't very rewarding though, so it all depends on how you enjoy the main song list. This main song list is pretty expansive, and you've got a high skill curve, but there isn't really anything to discover in this game. Seeing that the game is also available on iOS and Android, I'd recommend getting the game on those platforms instead, but it's still probably the most solid rhythm game on the Switch so far. Love this game, I'm gonna be playing it for a while.

FINAL SCORE: 8.75/10

VERSION 1.3 NOW AVAILABLE
Quote: GoNintendo
While we've known for awhile that it was in the works, VOEZ's update to version 1.3 is now available. The big change in this update is the inclusion of docked play, which allows you to play on TV and utilize a controller for input. Previously VOEZ was a touchscreen-only game, and could not be played on TV.

This is pretty cool to be able to see the game in HD now, but the controls kinda defeat the purpose of the game. Part of the fun of the game is accounting for the drift of the notes as well, and since the buttons just hit notes as they hit the button, it becomes a really, really basic rhythm game.

I for one love the button support they added. Yes it makes things a bit simpler but those blue swipes can trick you. I particular enjoy the playing the game with split joycons with the straps. The game sort of controls closer to Theatrhythm (I really hate spelling that word) I like it.
