Hope they do the same TB missions for TECHNIKA 2 and 3 DLC... And include FEVER since THAT was a thing in TECHNIKA 2 onwards.

An update just got dispatched! AKA, the Technika DLC should be released now!

There's also an additional song that came out for free on PSN; forgot the name though ^^; (It's Only On - Dok 2. It's in the Respect folder as a "EVENT" song)

UPDATE:

Sadly, Pallero is right; you don't use the touchpad at all in the TB charts. it's simply changed to being ULD/Tirangle Circle X and the blue notes are simple holds. XD

No one ever uses the touchpad on the PS4 anyway, oh well. XD

ALL DLC COMING TO THE WEST APRIL 6TH!

I'm really glad for those that are buying this for the first time that we get to catch up with Asia for the DLC! Awesome!

And BTW I was right! The US release of this game is the exact same game that Asia got! No exclusives, nothing special, same english translation, same frikkin game! I mean what was the point of waiting so long to get this here? My anger was justified and right in all my previous comments about this release and what a waste of time this was. Although I am happy for those that are buying this for the first time and it is nice that they are releasing the DLC all at once so everyone can enjoy it here, but for those that already got the original release like me and grinded for hours on end to unlock everything and set their best scores in stone, I refuse to support this because it's a gigantic waste of time and I feel sorry for those that wanna double dip on this and waste your money and time on the same damn game!

Could've been worse; the PS4 could've froze on you at startup after grinding for hours, and you lose all your save data and had to start all over again.. ^^;

That's not even the point and that has never happened to me in my many years of owning a PS4 with any game lol. Point is that this is the same damn game that asia got, no improvements no enhancements no exclusives and Neowiz's PR shit was bullshit, we were right from the start! And I feel sorry for those that are buying this game a second damn time expecting anything different.

I mean, was anyone planning to get DJ MAX twice on the blind hope that it'd have exclusive content? I don't think so, and most people double-dipping want to just support Neowiz and make the US look viable as a market. I mean, I personally find such methods a little careless and wasteful, but I'm not about to stop others from doing that.

I get that you're upset, that "nothing was changed" between the two versions and it is a total waste of time for you. But that's just it. It's a waste of time for you. I bought the game when it came west because I didn't want to deal with importing. Now it's a lot easier for me to pitch to my friends who like rhythm games but wouldn't want to go through the importing deal either and can get it right from the PS Store. So for all of the fans who were waiting for an official release, we got one! Hooray! Please stop raining on our parade because your situation makes a western release not mean much to you.

Frankly, I'm happy the game came to the west officially at all. I feel like I can count on one hand the number of major Asian rhythm game releases that make it west in this day and age. If you don't want to buy the official western release, that's totally fine. No one is going to force you to. Please continue enjoying the game you imported to its fullest! But please also stop yelling at the company for actually managing to succeed at bringing a niche project west when many don't get that chance. We don't know exactly what went on behind the scenes regarding this localization, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for delivering a solid rhythm game to the western audience.

On a lighter note, Getting that Technika DLC is gonna be a godsend. Can't wait to get my ass kicked playing Son of Sun for hours on end!

Finally grinded out the million combo in freestyle mode, really looking forward to seeing how much better the game gets once the DLC drops!

Thanks for the pep talk OMiY, I needed that. This isn't about me at all, I guess I have a bitter taste in my mouth from past experiences with Neowiz and I have lost focus on whats happening and for that I apologize for my language and rudeness about this whole thing. Yes I too am happy the game finally got a US release and everyone who didn't wanna import it get to experience it for the first time and I am happy that the DLC is all coming at once so everyone can enjoy what Asia got for the past almost year of the games life. I'm excited that we even got this game at all here. Better late than never as they say. I sincerely hope everyone supports the US version and proves that we love the game too and we should get more releases in the future. And yes Respect is by far the best game in the series so far, the amount of love and care that went into this package is unbelievable and I will continue to enjoy it. Once again I do apologize and I need to stop being butthurt lol.

I am so terrible at 8B play, but I do love this game. Clearly I won’t be able to clear all of the missions because of this.

PROTIP: If you complete a DLC mission, that will count towards the mission achievements, as well as unlock missions in the base game if you haven't been able to do it the "honest way". ;)

yeah the AI mission trophy can be cleared with any AI mission in the other DLCs

I was so happy when the trophy unlocked from an AI DLC mission. The one in the base game is waay too tough.

Just need the 500 max combo and 300m total score unlocks for plat!

I noticed the price of the DLC is more expensive in the US. Converting the HK store prices Clazzi and Technika 1 are just shy of 16 bucks as opposed to the 19.99 the US store charges. Granted for importers they have to buy prepaid points but the price difference is there.

Not really surprised at the DLC being $20 in the US; the HK price is like 2-3 dollars less, so it's not really a bargain by comparison. ^^;

With that being said, I hope that someday, there will be a version of Respect with all the DLC included. It would help save a bunch of money than having to pay an additional $120-ish for the DLC a la carte.
