DJMAX RESPECT (PS4)

Squeeze was the only tolerable one, but both Megatonic Mixes were just filler to make up for the fact that they had no more new content for Trilogy and wanted to fill up the 2 song slots, so they just took 2 random songs from the songlist, sped them up, upped the tempo and called them new mixes, they didn't even change the charts. That's very lazy and a waste on their part and I wish we got more new content for the game instead of 2 tempo changes.

The dev team may have already realised that it isn't new content when it was too late, since there's actually a third one in the game files: for NB Ranger. What they could have done is at least have some (non-Air Trax) songs from Online (in particular those by Forte Escape).

Don't worry... at 1:43:55 the Trilogy songs are there. Just the 20 songs. No new RESPECT song unveiled yet.

There's also a gameplay of two Trilogy songs: Someday, and Mind Control.
And Someday uses the original cut, which means GET OUT -Hip Noodle Mix-, Syriana -Blast Wave Mix- and STOP are using the longer cuts. And their BGAs will be 60fps too!

No surprise about the quality. Rocky Studio has proven how much they care about this game and the hard work shows big time. This game has had my full support since getting it last month and I will continue to support and enjoy it. Also I hope they plan on porting songs from Online as well, as I really enjoyed the online songs ported to Trilogy like Feel and Aurora Borealis.

In addition to the 20 songs, Expansion missions are now available with 2 sets of 6 missions!
Plus 1 RESPECT song, called "Nevermind" by Paul Bazooka, which was the song used in the release trailer.

Not quite yet. The update file and the previews are loaded in but the DLC on the store is not up yet. It'll be live around 10 PM tonight EST.

The update is live as of 10 PM last night. Top notch all around! Lot of good songs from Trilogy and fun charts! Can't wait for the Metro Project DLC which is shaping up to be a MASSIVE DLC pack.

I'm hoping this means we will finally, FINALLY, get a US release date for this game. What the eff was/has been taking them so long to make the western release happen? It ain't the translation, since you can play the SEA version in English! 8I

IMO with the majority of the community jumping on the Korean/HK release back in July, I feel like it's too late, and I'm not starting the grind for content over again. No thanks. I will not support the US version at all at this point. Such a waste. This damn game should have been a global effort from the damn start! Neowiz was a mistake from the start trusting them with distribution for DJMAX Technika and other games, because they don't give a F about the fans, they're selfish and greedy, and I'm gonna stop right now before I go off, but They ruined Technika, they ruined Tune, they ruined Q with the damn micritransactions, and now they ruined Respect with the damn distribution. Screw Neowiz! And Michael Yum the CEO on PM Studios shares my frustrations with Neowiz as well. They weren't even approached about Respect.

Respect is finally getting a NA release Q1 2018 (My guess is it will come out in January):

Ugh, 4DMaX. I remembered when Chaos X was actually 4D in one of the PSP Games. I think it was one of the challenging mods from EZ2DJ/EZ2AC. The 4BFX Mission like I said, are my fave missions from the pack. I hope the BS DLC should have REDESIGN charts.

Nope.

It's absolutely bullshit we're still having to wait for this game, that's already had an English translation since last June. It doesn't even have any licensed songs aside from some of the DLC. PM Studios better give us at least some of the DLC for free, at this point. And there still isn't even any dates announced for Europe yet. :/

PM Studios may be stuck in a bind by Neowiz. PM Studios wants to get this game out to fans here but Neowiz is being very nonchalant about it.

Michael Yum of PM Studios told me his company is NOT involved with distribution, and that they weren't even approached by Neowiz about releasing the game here or getting involved with the release. PM Studios is not involved with this release so getting them to get DLC for free for us is out of the question and looks like we're going to be paying for it again. Screw the USA release, I'm not doing that damn grind for the unlocks again! I'm going back to my asian copy.

I keep forgetting PM Studios isn't involved. But that does beg the question: is Neowiz screwing over the western territories because they've been trying desperately hard to find another publisher to offset any costs? Maybe they're starting to give up and have to publish it themselves (or even Sony Interactive Entertainment)?

Ill likely wait for the American release because im currently playing Nintendo switch games and the latest south park game. I hope the american release is not any worst then this version!
