Please stop bumping this thread for extra exclusive updates. If you care so much, go add it to the theme you ripped off of MadkaT's

What ever happened to Trav's version?
He'll release it when he's ready. Just be patient.
I'm gonna release it before April ends.
Still fixing some bugs and adding some features right now.

Hey trav358, while you're at it, can you adjust something audio-wise?
Only in versus play, the sounds
*Select Options
*Select Difficulty
*Full Combo Splash
*etc
...appear in L or R speaker when using a stereo speaker
P1 sounds are heard on the left speaker
P2 sounds on the right speaker.
Here's a video, you might want to use headphones to listen carefully.
This is one of their newest features since DDR A was released.

Stepmania already handles that, the only thing that needs to be fixed would be the full combo splash
Also, I'm pretty sure the sound separation isn't new.

I play with my woofer and most of the system sounds are played on the right side, but I think the sound panning is not an important matter at this time, there are most important things to do first. About the theme, I've merged the VR0 changes on the repository, to update the extra exclusive song list and I will be back to the business again, I'm learning some things with my other themes and I've been busy with some other RL things, just a little preview of what I'm doing:
DDREX2 vs DDRA Nah, I create my codes in a "special" theme that I don't use to play, just to speed up the codings but it has a lot of things from all of my wips.

So far, along with the full combo splash, the battery life loss, the shock arrow hit, and the select/change option to be separated as well.
I thought this could be done via audacity or some other audio program, but it looks like some kind of coding to adjust it.
But overall I kinda like the sound separation in their game when you think about playing DDRA against a friend.
Hey MadkaT, any more graphics or videos you need for the DDR A theme?

Hello friends, I was checking the extra stage system, but I still have some questions, hope some DDRA players can help me to find the answers, I basically know that you have to gain 9 stars to access the extra stage, and also, you have to fill up a green rinon bar to up the level of the extra stage. My questions are the following:
1. How do you fill the rinon bar?
2. The extra stage calculation is clear for me, when you are playing single, but when you are playing versus how it works? The stars are individually counted? Or are added?
3. If Player 1 has gained 1 star and Player 2 has gained 2 stars how are they validated?
4. If both players get the 9 stars, how the game decide wich player has spend the stars? Or are cleared for both players?
5. In the bottom side, where the extra stage label appears, the stars that appear in that frame are from both players? I fnot, how the game decides wich stars show in that place the player1 stars or the player2 stars.
I'm a bit confused about versus mode, hope someone could explain it, so I can understand and try to start implementing the extra stage system for the theme

1. You fill the rinon bar by clearing the stages (AAA = 3 stars, AA 2 stars, A or below or failing with an E 1 star).
2. Both stars are added together. For example: if two people get three stars, then the rinon bar will fill up 3 stars for both sides.
3. Again both stars are added together no matter how many stars somebody gets.
4. It is both cleared for both players
5. The Extra Stage label appears infront of both of the player's star count

1. The Rinon bar appears after the final results screen each round and has 7 spots that can be filled, 3 for level 1 and 4 for level 2. Regardless of the stars earned, Rinon bar fills 1 each round. This includes if you fail the round.
2. They're combined
3. It would count as 3 stars, one on the left side of the bar and two on the right.
4. Both players spend the stars. During the Rinon bar fill, stars are awarded to each player based on their individual Rinon level (0 for lvl 1, 3 for 2, 9 for 3)
5. The stars from each player are combined. Player ones stars are on the left, player twos are on the right. If they hit 9 combined at any point, no more stars can be added.

Mr. Music has it right. The "Rinon bar" (Heat Level) is seperate from your Extra Stage stars. It increases by 1 every session. At 3 clicks, you reach Extra LV2. At 7, you reach LV3. This influences which Exclusives you can play, and how many bonus Stars you get at the end of each session.

Nice, I've dowloaded the video, this will be useful to update the english part of the theme. Thanks! About the BG video, I've have the Inori version, but I haven't edited it, I'm focusing on the star system:
Obviously without profile support at this moment but I will be working on it, also I've been busy learning some things with the 3rd mix theme, but this theme still have a lot of work to do, to recreate the arcade system, I have some free time at the end of the month, I will try to finish some things that I have incomplete to update it draw and code a theme needs a lot of free time.

It will be better using trav's theme isn't it? or maybe at the end make a mix with all the new things in one final DDR A theme. XDXD

Nope, the KENP/trav themes are based on DDR2013/risk 2014 theme, those themes are so different, also they have fixed resolution, that makes stepmania lag a lot due the forced resolution, I know that most of the users are excited to play it, but honestly is better to work from the fallback. If you guys are in a hurry to play it, use the other theme instead of this

Aslo, you should update the KENp's theme of same name. I update the 3.9 REDUX theme later.

Do you plan to add Hidden+/Stealth+ options MadkaT?
This theme is going looking pretty well as of right now but I'm wondering If you will add it sometime.
