F. -- First off, I don't think Abu Dhabi belongs on this list tbh.

Even though Monaco has consistently been one of the most boring tracks on race day, it at least has the "street circuit" thing that makes it kinda unique, plus qualifyings at Monaco are actually always kinda exciting.

I will instead go with Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Spain. The track consistenly produces extremely boring races AND qualis. I think the last actually exciting Spain GP was 2012.
