A 20 would most likely be for a song similar to Blastix Riotz from SDVX III. 512 BPM scroll rate with 8th note streams, and a huge death run 8th note stream at the end.

I agree. I dont mind playing 18s or 19s. I can even pass a few, however I dont play them much, due to me having interest in other songs that sound better to me imo. I'll play 19s, 20s, and even 21s if the song sounds great. Normally it's always a boss sounding song. Boss sounding songs are not bad, but I would rather play a happy hardcore song or something. If one of my favorite songs was a 20, I would be pushing myself to at least pass it.

We've all been guilty of that at some point. I have my favorite songs across the spectrum and play with those more than I do other songs. A good song with some difficulty is pretty banging, and the Sound Team has been releasing some pretty good tunes and charts recently. I've been doing Prey, Vanquish the Ghost, and the new CHAOS remix more than anything else now.....

Boss songs that don't sound like boss songs are the best for me. I love Triple Counter and Triple Journey, but sometimes they can take it too far like with Start a New Day (that fucking 
chart lol)

I like both sounds for boss songs. Boss songs tend to be my favorite songs of each mix, but I understand also that you wouldn't want to hear Windy Fairy for Encore Extra Stage.

Max 360 is the best boss song since Paranoia Revolution. yeah I said it. It sounds and plays how a DDR boss song should.

Honestly this event had some cool things with the DDR Selection folders but the songs themselves are just kind of... there. Chaos is the only one that sticks out for me.

Yeah, that's kind my point. This event was superb with very cool songs, but at some these songs revelations are so predictable (besides Show me your moves, wich i like because is an original song). I hope with this last song they surprise me like the first time but idk, i keep my expectations low
