On another random chance, did you ever happen to save the versions of the Cardinal Gate songs that had the BG videos (Contract, Ganymede, etc.)? Sadly I cannot remember the simfile creator since it has been years. No worries if the request is a little too obscure.

Honestly I think you should arrange a way to have these files archived since there are people not on here that would like a piece of their internet contribution to hold on to.

With that said, I want to ask if this archive has anything from "DJ_SparK". There were a couple simfiles that I made with that username such as a remix of Fire from MegamanX and "I Just Want to Keep You Hangin' On". I remember that both of them had the subtitle "SM Edit".

I didn't see my username on the list of folders but that might not mean anything. If you don't have that, it's fine. I just have been wondering for a while if somebody had them archived. Thank you for holding on to what was there though.

I like the idea of a more permanent BemaniStyle archive. I will gladly donate a hard drive to that effort.

Hey Daniel_BMS, I was made aware of this thread. What content do you still have? I'll take all of it. This is Foxfire, who you may also know as "that dude who archives all those StepMania packs". While downloading a bunch of singles from the old Bemani site technically isn't a pack, large quantities of content is absolutely worthwhile to make an exception for (e.g. Shey's museum of DDR History).

I have gathered a few of the re-uploaded bits of content from recently, but the real meat of this archive seems to be largely dead. If you give me access to whatever you have left of the original 37GB archive, I will take to putting the files into packs and putting them onto the GDrive mirror set. I have been using this to host all content, since the admin of SMO decided to bail and leave me unable to do anything.

Shoot me a PM or something if you have any questions, maybe on Discord if you have that since that would be a real fast way to get a hold of me (Foxfire#5551). I'd love to preserve more of what you have!
