There's all these meetups in Northern and Southern California but how about Middle California?

I've been living in Japan and now that I'm back in the states I'm missing the Rhythm game community. I'm working on getting a private arcade in my garage currently, once it's ready I should have DDR/ITG and PIU (both gutted and turned into stepmania cabs), official IIDX, pop'n, jubeat and reflecbeat cabs, and maybe a drumkit hooked up to dtxmania or something. Maybe more to come if money/garage space provides.

I live in Arroyo Grande but I'm sure there must be Calpoly students around from the bay area that might be interested in hang outs.

Until I get things set up there is a Pump it up prime 2 at the Calpoly bowling alley if anyone is interested in coming by.

This is pretty late, but I'm attending CalPoly as a student and I'd love to play some bemani there.

Gotta get my rhythm fix while stuck in school Very HappyVery Happy

Awesome! It's a shame the arcade turned into what it is now. They used to have drummania, beatmania the final, and a very nice ddr super nova 2 machine.

Just bumping to say I'm officially back in Arroyo Grande to stay, so if anyone in the area wants to hang I'm off of work everyday at 5:00.

Not sure if Santa barbara is considered mid-cal but I'm moving there and was wondering if anyone plays or knows of any spots to play? There's nothing listed in the arcade location thing for Santa barbara.

Yeah I'd consider all the cities along the coast between LA and the bay area mid-cal (pretty much that giant area with no machines)

Can't say I've ever come across any machines down that way Sad I changed the name of the thread so it may hopefully attract others from Santa Barbara that might know. Closest to you might be Ventura for now, but if you're ever up this way hit me up (hopefully I'll have all the stuff up and running by then too)
