My thoughts exactly. I'm not sure if this is my favorite or least favorite PPV this year, but it was definitely a weird one.

Rousey getting destroyed was nice, but goddammit they're giving Becky's heat to Charlotte, aren't they?

The Shane McMahon spots with the Miz were great viewing but I hate watching full time wrestlers sell his offense.

I feel like Mandy Rose went into tonight thinking she'd have a star making performance like Alexa Bliss did at SS a few years ago, but definitely came up short.

Daniel Bryan is the greatest wrestler on the planet.

TLC was pretty damn good. I knew the main roster booking team had the potential to write a good show! It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad.

Match: Mixed Match Finals
Results: R-Truth is entering #30 at the royal rumble. Carmella is entering #30 at the royal rumble.
Rating: 4.5 / 7
My Comment: the dance breaks are fucking corny

Match: The Bar vs The Usos vs The New Day
Results: The Bar won what was an entertaining match.
Rating: As usual, all 6 competitors are talented. Even Sheamus and Cesaro can put up epic matches. 6.25/7
My Comment: Meanwhile on Raw's tag team division, the only true tag teams on there are the revival, the ascension, and the authors of pain. The ascension deserves better.

Match: TLC Match between Baron Corbin and Braun Strowman
Results: Braun Strowman showed up. A bunch of raw superstars interfered and attacked Baron Corbin with chairs and their finishers. After that, Braun Strowman put his foot on Baron Corbin, implying a pin, and won the match.
Rating: That was satisfying to watch, despite it not really being a match. 4/7
My Comment: I forgot to mention Baron Corbin is no longer the GM.

Match: Natalya vs Ruby Riottttttt
Result: Natalya destroyed, not only Ruby Riott, but the whole Riott Squad.
Rating: Slow-paced but not bad. 4/7
My Comment: Rest in peace, Jim Neidhart.

Match: Finn Balor vs Drew McIntyre
Result: Dolph Ziggler helped Finn Balor win. Later on backstage, Finn Balor got mad at Dolph Ziggler for helping him wtf?
Rating: 3.5/7
My Comment: this match fit more on raw than a ppv

Match: Rey Mysterio vs Randy Orton in a chairs match
Result: Rey Mysterio won, to my surprise. I thought Randy Orton was gonna do some disgusting shit like he did to Jeff Hardy.

My Comment: I need to stop judging wrestlers by how long they've been wrestling... because I have the mentality that they're washed up when their career's age reaches 10. There's guys whose wrestled for over 15 years, still putting up good matches. Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Jeff Hardy, even John Cena.

Match: Ronda Rousey vs Nia Jax
Result: After a lethal match, Ronda Rousey ended up winning
Rating: These two put up quite the match! 6.5/7
My Comment: Has Ronda Rousey ever put up a bad match since her debut? I can't quite remember...

Match: AJ Styles vs NEW Daniel Bryan
Result: Daniel Bryan retains the WWE Championship, in a match where I thought he was going to lose at one point.
Rating: 6.5/7
My Comment: You have 2 of the best on the whole roster going against each other. I'd be surprised if this was a BAD match.

Match: Seth Rollins vs what the fuck is his haircut?
Result: Dean Ambrose wins after a long slow-paced match. The problem was the match was right after an AJ Styles match.
Rating: 3.75/7
My Comment: Does it count as a new theme when you just add sirens to it? If so, then Dean Ambrose has a new theme.

Match: Asuka, Charlotte, Becky Lynch, TLC Match, Smackdown Women's Championship
Result: All 3 of these ladies put up an epic match, from start to finish. The match ended where Charlotte and Becky Lynch was fighting on top of a ladder, then Ronda Rousey ran out and pushed them both off, pretty much helping Asuka win! It was about fucking time Asuka started winning again!
Rating: 7/7; PERFECTION.
My Comment: Holy shit, is this actually a main roster PPV we're watching? Vince, if this was your doing, this must mean you can still make some talented decisions when it comes to booking.

2018 was one roller coaster of a year when it came to WWE PPV's. We started off great with the Royal Rumble, but then Elimination Chamber and Fastlane were painfully predictable. Wrestlemania (in my opinion) was fucking horrifyingly bad, holy shit I broke my PS4 controller watching that thing. BUT then the Greatest Royal Rumble was the next PPV and I felt like that show was amazing and it made up for Wrestlemania's bullshit. After that, throughout spring, summer, and even fall, we had so much underwhelming PPVs with boring main events (with the exception of WWE Evolution), and because of this, I wasn't expecting TLC 2018 to be as good as it actually was.
