Great chart I must say.

The only time that I think that SM vids are a no no is if you using SM as proof of getting a high score for an Arcade song, or something of that nature.

Neutrino, Ishtar, and out of focus do not have challenge charts in the SM file. I checked (15:48 UTC). I checked in the simfile page.
Not by downloading it (so I wouldn't confuse it with my other copies of the downloads)

Sorry to keep pushing this issue but it's not showing up. I don't know if others have this issue as well.

They're definitely there, I've just checked too. They're towards the end of the file. It's not necessarily placed near the other singles charts, since by default they're laid out in the order they've been created. Hit Ctrl+F and type in "Challenge" and they show up. (Or use "Find in page")

Have you actually downloaded the files? They do show up in StepMania. If not try turning off "Fast Load"?
