Mike, if you do go, let me know, maybe I can stop by on a good day but realistically I'd probably still want to go to 8otb after because I've had just about all the x3 I've wanted in my life, but if I wanted to see if the pads got any better someone else to share the disappointment with would be good incentive. 
I could try and go to Rack n' Roll, but at the moment, I'm far too busy to do so.

Hi there,
I’m currently planning a short visit from Japan to NYC, and thought if there is any place available to play IIDX 24 SINOBUZ.
I’ve been searching online for arcade centers, but it seems that some information I can find in Japanese and English doesn’t match.
For example, 8 on the break is reported to have IIDX 24 SINOBUZ according to iidxmap(https://2dera.net/iidx_map/index.php?s=2361 ) while the arcade information accessible from this forum reports it runs IIDX 23 copula (https://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/arcade.php?id=213#games ).
I’m pretty sure that information here is updated more frequently and accurately, though I still want to confirm if there is any information I’m missing.
AFAIK, it seems that Round 1 is the only arcade center running current IIDX versions, and Round 1 Hicksville is still under construction. Therefore, am I right that I have no chance of playing 24 SINOBUZ around NYC until Round 1 Hicksville opens?

Yes, you are correct. There is no SINOBUZ around NYC.

Yeah can confirm, was at the break a few days ago, the listing is correct as copula. Depending on when you actually make it, a round 1's probably your best bet if one's open.
Otherwise here's your best options in general:
Best iidx is in the break, as you probably figured out. You'll probably have to take some mass transit out from the city if you're staying there since it's in new jersey.

In case any of you guys don't get updates on Chinatown Fair, its ITG is back in service with a new monitor. It takes a bit of getting used to though.
Also working on getting USBs working again at the break, will keep you guys posted when that's back in ship shape. Pads are still the kyle ward special lol.
Tiki Action is a touch too far for me to do with regularity, in case I do take a trip and anyone knows, is it modded at all? (There's no indication on its page)

Tiki action Park is not modified at all but is using R21 with working USB to bring in customs. It's looking like July 4th will be our date for Round 1 in Hicksville. I hope it really does come then or before! Also Tiki Action Park is getting a pretty good ITG scene on weekends if anyone wants to come hang out and play some dance games.

It's in Centerreach, I think; I believe you could take the LIRR there...

Oh yeah Tiki Action Park is pretty inaccessible unless you have a car. It's in Centereach, pretty far. Soon enough though they will get ITG up and running at Tri County, just not sure when. Bust might be possible but we are pretty far east here so it's a long haul unfortunately. Might be able to do a bus from Ronkonkoma station. Looking online from Ronkonkoma you could do 6A to 6B train that not too bad a walk but it's a long trip if you're coming from the city.
