Ok guys, Unlock Challenge Festival will start in about a hour, and prizes have been announced a while ago.

I can only say I'm speechless. For the first time on one of these monthly events, a RSF EXCLUSIVE SONG is available to exchange. -Another Chance/Luci-, which was one of the very first RanSai exclusive songs.

Did Capcom finally acknowledge the fact that these songs should have been involved within these Exchange events? More RSF Ex to appear on coming months? Now THAT would be sweet and could make me reconsider my judgement on this game from 8.5/10 to 10/10. (I'm deadly serious here).

I think Capcom might be trying to push all the past RSF to be exchangable and then stop the online aspect of the game and turn it offline... But just my guess

I think that's a bit too optimistic. Pessimistic? Whatever... it's not the most realistic option at this point.

I look forward to dumping 100000 spt for AEUG in May though.

Personally, my theory is a bit more pessimistic. They are indeed seem to be moving RSF ex songs, making them available for SPT exchange after.... 3 years? Now the question is... all of them? I think they will do this only with RSF Ex appearing on events.

If you go back in time (look on oldest post on this very same topic), Another Chance was the very first RSF Ex Event song to be featured on an event (late 2013, Highscore Attack, along with DIAMOND SKIN and Freak with Me). Then it came the Flawless Attack event, which "premiered" ロマンシングゲーム as a brand new song (also an RSF ex).

Now, we have to consider that RanSai made its (gruesome) debut on January 16th (2014), after the aforementioned events. First "official" RanSai songs were both ロックマン (CUTMAN STAGE) and A×E×U×G -act.1- (They weren't present on previous events)

So my question now is, will Capcom release these "special" RSF Ex along with those that were playable on events previous to its inclusion on RanSai? I'm quite pessimistic about this even happening. If ロマンシングゲーム is present on April's Unlock Challenge Fes, that would be a clear hint about this new idea. Plus, if May's Unlock Fes event give players a chance to get A×E×U×G -act.1- , then that will be an EPIC month in CxB's history. (I STILL can't unlock that damn amazing song, even with my 9999PT plan last December).

Finally, Arrows&Beats is right. I highly doubt songs such as AEUG, Murasame or Into the Cave cost just 70000spt. That price will be way more higher on those "kind" of exclusives.

Take It Back lineout

Honestly I'm really happy with this because it's one of my favorite SUNRISE songs that didn't get put on the soundtrack.
Now when I am I gonna get my mitts on 14th Clock...

104 rolls and I now have Take It Back. Sharing the Master chart now, I should have the other 2 unlocked pretty quickly.

Almost 400 premium spent and nothing. Better wait for the Golden Week RSF since I'll get another round of 9999 tickets, then see what I can get.

Update: Got H.S.P After 452 Premium Tickets (and 727 considering I got nothing last month).

Honestly, one of the RSF ex I have no interest in getting on my list (together with Brave). Let's see if I can get something else just using Free Tickets.

Pretty respectable results imo. One of the better RSFs I've participated in in recent months.
I'm very happy with a few of these and could have lived without a few others, but more songs is more songs.

Question: Does anyone know about players that keep some high-rewards songs locked so other players can earn support points.

Spring campaign is coming, but I did all those missions already, so I would like to focus solely on getting SPT as much as possible.

For those who can give a hint, thanks in advance.

Now that spt seem like they'll be consumed way more rapidly, I'll be more conscientious about unlocking DAZZLING♡SEASON (Darwin Remix) STD. I think I might also have Sanageyasya STD still available for this purpose, too.

Personally, I have Sangeyasya for anyone who may ask some spt, specially on bonus, but it's quite stressing to realize most players just unlock and unlock and unlock.... Or do play AEUG Mtr, which obviously I couldn't clear right now.

There are quite useful examples on Standard (best one: Anomie -axiom style-) and others on Hard (Subdrop) and Master (Dazzling Season) but the problem is to find players willing to keep them locked. Also, in my case, a second/alternate account would just be stressing, so no thanks.

For some reason an Unlock Challenge Festival was announced but no event has passed. Oh well.

Events normally last a whole week atcthe very least, so maybe we will just get an easy/friendly subevent reward only event like last year (Human nature and konen were both subevent prizes on that one). Plus, I think we will get some extra tickets either because Rev Sunrise anniversary or Golden Week campaign.

I think I can help with spt gains if people need it. I have Sundrop and the Next Frontier songs (for example) not unlocked past Standard.

I can't help much for spt challenges as I hate having difficulties locked so I generally tend to clear them out as quickly as I can, but that being said I do have a bunch of songs I'm currently rushing unlock challenges on so for the moment there should be fairly good spt opportunities. I went through and kicked off some people that aren't active on CxB anymore from my friends list so if anyone wants to add me feel free to do so (also sorry if I removed anyone that was still active. I based it on what the latest song they had was).

also as a general PSA I own quite a large amount of the songs (closely approaching the 200 song mark) on the game so if anyone needs practice for any unlock challenges or needs a song for an event I can most likely provide it. I set up a section in my bio that has a complete list of all the songs I don't have, so feel free to drop me a PM or make a request in this thread and I'll try to accommodate as best as I can .
