Alrigtht, let's do a summary about the current 9999PT experiment.

- Had 7730PT when RSF was announced
- Bought the two 777 promo, 2 350 promo and made 1 4500spt exchange and, surprisingly, my counter landed exactly on 9999PT
- 1048PT (used) / 8951PT (remaining): Got Come Around (Hard)
- 921PT/8030PT: Got Tooo Many (Master)
- 512PT/7518PT: Got Cosmology (Master)
- 364PT/7154PT: Got KING STUN (Hard) *Most amazing prize until now*
- 138PT/7016PT: Got Grand Arc Remix (Hard)
- 189PT/6827PT: Got Splash (Master)
- When the counter reached 6724PT, I decided to do another 4500spt (12PT) Exchange.
- 657PT/6067PT: Got Crisscrosser (Master).
- 3457PT/2614PT: After rounds and rounds of ticket-spending and after feeling everything was hopeless, finally a yellow appeared; Senpai Slam. Quite good song.
- Another 4500spt/12PT exchange when counter reached 2599. Raised it to 2611
- 284PT/2330PT: Got Hallucination XXX. This was a few minutes ago and I'm still speechless. It's the second time I got a song the same event it's released.

Things began to get horrible beyond that point. Only a huge bunch of Blue Unlocks and my counter is at 2821 premium. Almost 3250 tickets used with no new music get. I'm starting to get frustrated about it. For now I'll try to unlock Hard difficulty of Crisscrosser (the only Hard chart left on my list) and then I'll evaluate what to do. Aside from those premium I have 85400spt and 5480cb/yens, but as I said, I'm quite frustrated and a bit scared to try more times. *sigh*

Update: I'm speechless right now. I still can't believe I got a song such a Hallucination XXX after just 300 premium after my last yellow with an amazing number of 7669 premium tickets just to reach that song (since the event began. I don't know if that counts). Still thinking about what to do next. I even have the change to buy more promos and see what else I can get from this event.

Just got my Yellow ULC for Hallucination XXX, took me about 50 tries this time. It's an 87 and the ULC I'd pretty hard, I'm still trying to unlock it but I can only semi-consistently get an S on it.

Regarding Hallucination XXX, I'll just pass on that Master 87. Also, as a japanese player already said, it looks more like a 92. I'm aiming for Hard and possibly Standard, but it will depend on which song I'll left locked for my friends to farm some points (Either Sangeyasya or Hallucination XXX).

Got Buffet Survivor with a spending of 120 Premium Tickets. 2210 tickets still left. I want either Kotobuki or Rhythm Game Machine.

I don't know what exactly I'd rate that chart, but it's definitely harder than an 87. It makes Z[i], Cosmology, Crisscrosser, and CrossShooter all look like cake in comparison, and those are 85-88. It's somewhere in the 89-92 range, if you ask me.

While I'm at it, there's no freaking way Sangeyasya is an 85 either, because it also makes the aforementioned 85-88 songs look downright easy.

I think the game's succumbed to difficulty rating deflation, kinda like DDR since around the later songs added to 2014 when the entire rating scale seems to have shifted down half a point.

Sangeyasya is a 93 definitely. Even if I'm not an "expert" player yet, its difficulty surpass Hesperides in some parts. I think the difficulty rat-e-rrors began with Rebellion and forward. There are quite good examples on the collection list already.

Now I just want to get home and be able to put Hallucination XXX on my iphone for the time being. I find the tune quite catchy (makes me remember Nephilim Delta).


5?? How many tries per Unlock?

Sangeyasya is no higher than a 88 to me, and even that is pushing it.
it's really not intense all throughout unlike most high tier 90+ songs and the only hard part is the ending.

ratings seem to have turned into how hard the song is to clear vs scoring well / getting a high grade on the song.

I don't remember how many times I hit Retry trying to get an S, but here's an approximate recap:

1st ULC: 1K (just play the song) + 3K (A+ Clear) to hit 4K for 2 pieces. Had some friends support but it didn't make a difference.
2nd ULC: 3K a whole bunch of times with lots of friend support to hit 33K+ for 4 pieces. I'd estimate it took about 7 or so plays. On the last play I got an S.
3rd ULC: 10K (S Clear) 3 times, had 15% friend support on the 2nd and 3rd plays to get 33K exactly for another 4 pieces.
4th and 5th ULC: Waited for 10% friend support then got an S Clear to hit 11K exactly for 3 pieces.

Also, is it just my imagination, or does Hallucination XXX sample some of Naoki's older work? I hear the DDR menu sound when you hit Start to select a song/mode, and I could swear I can faintly hear about 2 measures from Afronova in the background about 30 seconds before the end.

The Afronova part is a quite discussed topic on twitter right now. They also mention Fascination.

I guess now I'll try to open Hallucination's ULC on Hard (since it's the only one left in thqt difficulty) and then try randoms there to see if I can get another yellow.

Update: Hallucination XXX is finally Unlocked on the Hard difficulty for those on my friend list who want to try it. Gonna work on the Master unlock during January. In related news, got another RSF-ex: Days. Not my favorite, but still quite welcome.

I've been wondering this for a while, but...

On the CrossBeats wiki, in the Ransai page, there is a chart of event unlocks.
At the bottom of this chart is a bunch of blacked out songs.
So,

Is it possible to get songs as new as the Konen remix or Flame Up in a Ransai?
Or will it be like the unBORDE unlocks that are excluded from Ransai?

Past event songs obtainable through Ransai are limited by having a certain amount of time (in months) pass after the event.

For example, in the last Ransai, the most recent songs you could obtain are nightmares and default affinity from ATTACK THE MUSIC #2, while in the next Ransai, it might be possible to draw the songs from the event after it, ULTIMATE BEATS #4.

Is anyone having trouble logging into the game? I keep getting connection error using Wifi and 4G when trying to play the game....

Now this is a surprise. Although I wonder what's included and what's not though. Still, it's something.
