I don't believe you can properly "restore" since purchasing songs on here can be bought in any set of 4. If you are able to log into the app with the same Konami ID you used before, you should have access to all of the songs you purchased to play previously.

KONAMI is actually going to offer refunds if you did buy music keys or gitadrops and didn't get a chance to use them
