Because the last thread fizzled out and was really just about that tournament anyway. If anyone is still interested in playing Yu-Gi-Oh with other ZIvilians, install YGOPro from its website. Post in here with what name you're using after you install; I'm going by SSpirit.

Do you provide your own cards (a bit like the system used in Yu-Gi-Oh Forbidden Memories on PS1) or do I get to choose my cards on the game itself?

haven't gotten of my lazy ass about it. I'll work on that later.
its just like DN (Dueling Network) all cards are 100% available. The only difference is that YGO Pro includes Anime Cards, Speed Spell cards for example (yes you can have Riding/Turbo Duels here).

I think I have found a way to bypass the in program save. though it might be doing things the hard way, but it might work.
YES! The bypass worked! So for anyone who is having trouble saving their deck heres how to bypass:
Open up notepad (or any other word program)
Next type in the following:
#main (these are the cards in your main deck)
8 digit ID number located in the bottom left of the card (i.e. 69610924 for Number 17 Leviathan Dragon (though this card is for the extra deck)
repeat this step untill you have all 40-60 cards for your main deck
#extra (these are the cards in your extra deck)
again the 8 digit ID number of all 15 (or less) cards in the extra deck
!side (finally the side deck)
same as above the 8 digit ID number
Once you have completed in creating your deck you need to save as [insert deck name here].ydk (yes ydk and not txt or any other file extention other wise it will not work). Then cut or copy the file into the deck folder of the YGO Pro program, you cannot save the file directly into the deck folder cause it will inform you that you need permission from the admin of your computer.
I know that this is the long way around, but it worked.

Yep I'm on YGO Pro DEV Pro more so on DN, love YGO Pro no more DN Rulesharks. Also as seen in my previous post I play YGO Bam on Facebook. Looks like you don't have facebook, XmatthewX. If you did I could use some more friends for YGO Bam.

Important bump.
Did you guys hear about the new Pendulum Summoning mechanic and the new Pendulum Monsters? Also they are changing some of the current mechanics like the player going first doesn't get to draw a card on the first turn and 2 field spell cards can be in play at the same time.
Any thoughts/comments/concerns about all this.
I think a lot of players might be jumping off the ship.
Before I forget this is so far happening in the OCG format, I hope and pray they don't do this in the TCG format.

The 2 field spell thing is complete bull, malifics will be comming back and stronger then ever.
1st player not drawing is a very good idea in my opinion.
As for the summoning.... idk how I feel about that yet.

well if they do decide to bring Pendulum Monsters to TCG. I might most likely run another deck, so I'll have 2 decks one of course being the Pendulum Summoning mechanic then the other will be more so the traditional deck that I'm currently running now. Believe me I'm going to be confused as fuck.
