Official Simfile Error Thread

This. Not to mention razorblade released his AC data rips of the whole DDR 2014 song list, from what I can gather.

Why I can't download every simfiles from your website? Someone has the same problem? It keeps 'in progress' but didn't finished nor started downloading.

The pack for "Dance Dance Revolution 2ndMIX CLUB Version 2 (AC) (Japan)" needs to be updated. There are songs with updated .sm's and .ogg's. Other categories also have updates such as new graphics and new foot ratings.

I Need You (Inside Outdoor Mix) still contains the files for I Need You instead. It's been like this for a very long time and I don't understand why it never got fixed.

Could the simfile SOUND OF FREEDOM from DDR X US CS get a ReRip from the game or be fixed? The simfile lists tempo changes in small values but half way through the notes are not lining up with the track and stays out of sync til the end.

I hated to say this but Electro Tuned (the SubS mix)'s steps until beat #20 (and change of a beat at beat #4) is ahead of what it should be by 1/2 of a beat.

SOUND OF FREEDOM from DDR X US CS doesn't use ripped disc's sync data (The truth is all official data that has mp3 as the file format on this website doesn't used the disc's sync data.) Since its BPM caries though the song and this website has it varying randomly, it gonna stay off.

So it's not gonna fixed while other songs in the pack got fixed? So the Home games do not use the same Step format as the Arcade games?

Check Sound of Freedom's simfile comment section for updated song offset and bpm data. Same for Synthesized, if you are looking for it too.

Synthesized was so off in some parts so I updated bpm data too hence, it mentioned 'bpms need recheck'.

I see that we got the video files and an official pack from DDR 2014. However, there are just a few holes at the moment that it'd be great to strike while the hammer's hot, so to speak:

-A few songs received videos in DDR 2014 from previous mixes, namely Meumeupettantan!! and Rin to shite saku hana gotoku ~Hinabitter Edition~, but are not yet updated.
-While we got the steps added to older songs in 2014 appended to the official files, they were technically unofficial transcriptions. Maybe it'd be worth checking the official data to make sure no holds or anything were slightly erroneous?

(Also, this is an older gripe, but how come we never received the updated banners and 2nd MIX videos for the KOs from 2ndMIX? The banners aren't even in the song database; in fact, they're not even up for the revived songs. The only ones available at all are the 2 bosses, and even then they're downrezzed to my knowledge.)

also, audio files found in the UNIVERSE and UNIVERSE2 packs just flat out aren't downloading for certain songs (most notably the megajamb Anthema), even when the category packs are downloaded. i know about the DMCAs, but then explain to me why things are only affecting a few files and not every mp3 file present.

DDRAddict, can you specify what songs are you referring to? So far, all I know is para kcet and malacca.

Those, Kind Lady, Tribe, Meumeupettantan!!, and Chikuwa Parfait da yo CKP.

I actually have the correct audio for that remix, but I'm not sure how I would go about uploading it to the database. I think it's the only thing that needs to be fixed with that simfile.

Is "Aoi Shoudou" from DDR Extreme anywhere on the site, or is this missing? I have an old ddruk copy lying around if it would be useful.
