After the week before last, it was only fair she got the full amount of time to make a file this week.


BPMs are 148 (111-222) -> 162 (123-246) -> 180 (135-270)... You'll see what I mean.

It's quite a... strange file, especially if you've never played anything like it before,
so the difficulty for and are arguably 8 and 10.
First person to Single Digit Greats it gets some kind of cookie I guess.

The offset for oITG is 0.000 if you want to play on that.

I actually have something for this week, coming from the same source as an earlier simfile of mine that some of you may be familiar with (hopefully with comparable quality, even if it's very different):

+ This chart was very pleasant. The freezes in particular were well executed, and the crossovers worked very well
- There were a couple of odd doublesteps that messed up the flow of the chart a bit.

Baby Cakes: 8.5/10
Hard - 9/10
+ Although the chart was chaotic, many of the rhythms you chose were very appropriate. The crossovers were also very nice.
- A few of the rhythms got weird, like they should have fir with the song, but didn't.

Expert - 8/10
+ A lot of the rhythms still worked very well. This chart felt ITGish in a pleasant way.
- Unfortunately, you overcharted several parts of this, putting sixteenth streams where they really didn't need to exist.

Because of You: 6.5/10
+ The spins in the chart are nice, and for what it does the chart works really well.
- This is barely a 7 as is, and it's a rather uneventful one imo. The chart was nice, but it was kinda boring.

Call Me Maybe: 7/10
Hard - 7/10
+ The verse rhythms and patterns worked very nicely. You showed a good amount of restraint here with the steps, which is good because this chart really doesn't NEED to be anything more than a 7
- You tried too hard to follow some of the patterns in the chorus and ended up creating steps that felt a little awkward. The nature of the cut also made the steps a bit repetitive.

Expert - 7/10
+ You did a good job making this a nine, and actually a lot of the patterns worked very well.
- This was overcharted in some areas and totally unnecessary. You also made the player face in one direction a lot, especially at the end

Crazy in Love: 7.5/10
+ Chart flowed decently well outside of a couple odd doublesteps. I liked the jumps, especially in the chorus.
- Are you afriad of 16ths? Seriously I know you like making easy charts but they don't ALL have to feel so watered down. A stray triplet or cluster for variety's sake would feel kinda nice.

DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love: 7.5/10
+ The chart felt like a 6, and thus achieves it prupose. It really doesn't need to be much harder, anyway.
- Don't be afraid to use jumps and freezes. Especially in a hard-hitting club track like this, without them the chart feels empty.

Domino: 6/10
+ Some of your ideas worked pretty well.
- My problem with your charts is that they're very "close". As in, you don't make the player turn much at all, and the steps tend to follow back-and-forth patterns. Your charts also get a bit repetitive and boring. I would try to focus a lot more on movement and patterns. You have the rhythms down - you just need to work on making them work.

Double Loving Heart: 8.5/10
+ The chart flowed nicely. I especially liked the jumps emphasizing the accents in the chorus. The held steps in the beginning were very tastefully done as well
- The spins felt a bit unnecessary. A few of the triplet patterns felt off, like they didn't need to be there.

Drive Me Crazy: 8.5/10
+ Most of the streams were well executed. The slowdown was interesting and a bit unexpected.
- Most of the chart felt a bit unremarkable.

Euphoria: 6/10
+ The triplets were handled very nicely, both the jumps and the steps and the end.
- Most of the chart was boring. You tried going for something minimalist but ended up with something unmemorable. It doesn't help that half of your cut is absolutely undanceable because there's almost nothing going on in the background...

Feel so Close: 8/10
+ Very interesting chart. You didn't chart it how I expected you to at ALL, which was a pleasant surprise. It also had a bit of an early ddr vibe to it, ignoring the freezes. The spins also set this apart from some of the other easier charts I've played.
- The second chorus had some uninteresting steps in it. Although the chart was nice, I though it was a bit undercharted.

Feel so Close (Nero Mix): 5/10
+ The 140bpm section at the beginning was nice.
- The slowdown was VERY sloppy. For that matter, so was the 280bpm section. Not only was the fast part repetitive, but it had some....intense spins in it that just weren't fun.

Galaxias!: 9.5/10
+ The little bits of chaos kept this chart from becoming bland and added a lot of depth to it. I liked the spins, and the slowdown was nicely executed. THIS, imo, is how you make a good 7 footer.
- I wasn't sure if I was supposed to spin or doublestep in the beginnign section.

Gee (J-Core Remix): 9/10
+ The fast section was VERY good. I also really liked how you used slowdowns. They were a little odd, but they didn't feel out of place at all.
- The speed changes make this almost impossible to FC on sightread. I wasn't too fond of the beginning section but that's party because I hate reading stuff below 90.

Happy Angel: 5.5/10
+ The steps flowed well for the most part.
- The difficulty on this was a bit uneven - the beginning and end were MUCH harder than anything in between. The steps followed the vocals nicely enough, but that unfortunately made them a bit bland. But really, my biggest problem here is the blue-note syndrome you have going on. At that point I would just adjust the offset so that the chart doesn't look sloppy. On the plus side, though, the uneven difficulty, karaoke stepping, and blue-note syndrome give this chart a nice DDR Supernova feel XD

High School Love: 9/10
+ The crossovers on this chart were BRILLIANT. The beginning part especially felt really nice. I loved it.
- The ending threw me off because I wa expecting spins. Also the steps get a bit weak at a couple of points, but the strong parts are REALLY strong.

I'll Be by Your Side: 8/10
+ The second half of the chart was amazing. It had a bit of a MAX-era feel to it, and the streams at the end were a ton of fun. I'm a bit of a sucker for steps that follow synths, so these steps appealed to me.
- The first half of the chart was kinda "eh" (especially those rolls in the fast part) and kinda make the chart feel inconsistent.

Kiss Me: 5/10
+ I like the song. The steps did nothing offensive.
- You took a song that really shouldn't be in DDR, made bland steps that follow the vocals exclusively, and put in two odd stops - one that gave the song blue-note syndrome and one that...didn't need to be there at all. This is not a combination that makes for a fun chart.

Love Me Back: 10/10
+ I don't know WHY I liked this, but I really did. I guess it's because I thought the steps complimented the song really nicely, and just felt really natural. Good job.

Miss Independent: 5.5/10
+ There were some very nice step patterns in this, especially in the first half of the song.
- The speed changes were unnecessary, and there were a few off doublesteps, especially int he second half of the song. I think you also rely too much on the vocals. Sometimes vocals are a good guide to follow, but if you follow them exclusively the steps often get either boring or awkward. This chart was definitely a bit awkward.

Now that We Found Love: 7.5/10
+ The chart had a very nice 2nd mix vibe to it. The jumps were nicely placed.
- The chart was also a bit offsync. The steps got a bit boring too, although it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

Romance: 10/10
+ Perfect. I loved how the jumps were intertwined with the streams, how the crossovers were handled, how accurately you charted those triplets...everything. Nice work.

Silver Dream: 9/10
+ This is SO much better than the original chart.
- You abused Afronova walks a bit. There were a couple of odd doublesteps.

Simple and Clean: 8.75/10
Hard - 9/10
+ The steps flowed very nicely. Despite their easy difficulty they weren't boring at all. They made for a fun 6.
- You made the player face one direction a lot.

Expert - 8.5/10
+ The steps flowed nicely and, again, were pretty fun.
- The chart got rather repetitive towards the end.

Starry Eyed: 7.5/10
+ The steps flowed togather nicely. I liked how you used jumps in the chorus. Stepping the vocals here wasn't such a bad idea.
- There was something off about the patterns here imo. Like, they should have flowed well, but they didn't. It might have been because you made the player turn a lot? Or maybe because of how some of the jumps were placed. Wither way, something felt weird.

Stay My Side: 8/10
+ Hey, you've improved a lot! The steps flowed nicely and the rhythms matched up properly with the song. I liked how you used the gallops at the beginning and end of the song.
- You had the player facing left for 90% of the song. Also, the chart probably could have used a few more jumps. The chart felt a little bland without them.

Take Me: 9.5/10
+ There was something very DDR about this chat. Not crappy DDR like the original, but good DDR. This made for a fun 7, and this was definitely a major imporvement over the original.
- Some of the jumps led to doublestpes. I know that when stepped right they aren't doublesteps, but my natural instinct was to doublestep them.

Time Bomb: 10/10
+ Quality stepping like always. I have no complaints about this. Good job!

Unbelieveable (Sparky Remix): 9/10
+ This runs circles around the original chart. The crossovers are nicely executed, and I love what you did with the ending. It shows a proper amount of restraint.
- I actually didn't like how you stepped parts of the verses. It's more of a personal thing than a technical thing, but I though parts of it weren't that fun.

Heavy - 8.5/10
+ I loved how you used taps here. The chart was fun for the most part, and complimented the song nicely.
- The steps got a bit repetitive after a while.

Expert - 5.5/10
+ The steps flowed nicely
- The sixteenth streams were AWFUL and felt really out of place. The difficulty was very uneven, and I personally didn't like how you used hands here.

White Wishes: 8.5/10
+ The crossovers worked very nicely. I liked how you used freezes as well.
- A few of the spins at the beginning felt a little off. I actually felt more comfortable double-stepping a lot of this chart for some reason. I dunno why.

You Will Be in My Heart: 8/10
+ The crossovers were very nice. For the most part this was a typical Blinded chart.
- I thought you ABUSED spins here. I like spins in moderation, but you put in too many and I thought it detracted from the chart a lot. I also felt like you added an extra triplet or two that didn;t go with anything sometimes. It felt a little weird.

Might be because of the short song cut.

I'm not "afraid of 16ths", I just didn't want to overstep the song. Sorry that I don't want to make 8/9s all the time.

Spin, obviously.

I'm more saying that I feel like some charts NEED no necessarily 16th streams, but some chaos peppered in here and there to keep things interesting. It's a bit more a personal choice I guess because I like chaotic/rhythmically interesting 7s like Can Be Real and Tomorrow

(Plus if I didn't like 7s I wouldn't have given points to galaxias XD)
