I felt that one pretty strongly with First Time 
because I really don't see any musical justification for its ending 24th stream.

Okay, you are really telling me this is an 18 Konami? If I didn't suck at avoiding shock arrows so much, I'd be able to pass it pretty easily, and tbh I haven't even tried yet since I don't have the best access to a gold cab. Without the shock arrows I'd say its a 15 at most, so I can't see the shock arrows really adding 3 points of difficulty.

I was thinking the same thing when seeing the chart. I'd call it a 17.

On Stepmania it's a 15 but on DDR it's a high 17/low 18 just because of how bullshit shock arrows are compared to mines. You could park a bus in how wide the window is.

Yeah Megalovania is 100% an 18. Remember that hitting a shock arrow literally blanks out the screen for a second, too -- this makes it much easier to mess up later patterns in the chart.

, Endymion , and Max 360 push it for 15, they seem at least borderline 15/16
OtP has a bunch of 16ths at 200/210 and 8ths at 420 (including a drill), plus jumps
Endymion - 16ths at 220/ 8ths at 440
Max 360 has a stepjump sequence at 360 4ths/ 180 8ths and some longer 8th bursts @ 360
