I actually have an idea of a more broken-down difficulty system (I'm basing the scale off of ITG/Stepmania, NOT DDR).

Starter 1
Amateur 2-4
Regular 4-6
Experienced 6-8
Professional 8-10
Master 10-12
Veteran 12-14
Legend 15+

I made the ratings overlap each other because at times, ratings of charts in ITG packs/series tend to be controversial, depending on the player.
