Thanks. Hey do you do official scripts as well? I nope'd out of doing OUTER LIMITS from DDR FESTIVAL.
Has over a decade of DDR experience
Has only PFC'd a HEAVY chart once.

Yeah, I've done most of the official scripts up to the Extreme era. There are some I don't have either because I didn't like the song, or it was never released on home version and I had to improvise. Unfortunately I also didn't do the script for 'OUTER LIMITS', so can't help with that one.

It's also come to my attention that many of these scripts are very similar to their Ultramix counterparts, with some minor changes. And no, I don't plan t do any of the scripts from Ultramix, as I never really liked their scripts.

I was just editing the RoboZukin video for Lesson By DJ, but my download for it is incomplete. It stops at about 1:22. Has anybody already done a script for Lesson By DJ?

Good news, I do have 'Cosmic Hurricane', but not the others. I knew there was a song I had meant to script for myself months ago, but forgot it and that's 'STERLING SILVER' so I'll finish that one and post it. As for 'Starlight Fantasia (Endorpihins Mix)', wasn't a fan of that mix so I didn't do that one, sorry. I guess I could wing it with the bgscript I made for the original version and change the vids around, but yeah, wasn't a fan of that version from U1...ugh..

Neither, it's rotation3. LOL Sometimes I feel like I should have just gone with renaming all of my videos when they did it like 10 years ago. The reason I didn't, is because I had already scripted over 300 songs and didn't wanna got through each of them one-by-one to fix them. So I kept the old naming convention and continued that way. So when I post any you all request, there may be one or 2 in the script that are misnamed. But in my defense, rotation2, rotation3, and rotation4 look like pipes to me...so...y'know... (halo)

Anyway, I've fixed the script to have rotation3 instead.

Ahh, that makes sense. I thought those were supposed to be multicolored sticks, not pipes, LOL.

Anyways, got 4 more from the American version of DDRMAX on the PS2. I'm just doing this for the songs that didn't get a proper script (since these ones are just recycled from the arcade versions of DDRMAX and DDRMAX2.)

Sandstorm (aka meme song)
This one is basically Yozora No Muko, but with stairs1 replacing circle8, for some reason. There's also freeze frames in the middle of both songs that I don't have, so their swapped out text23, text26, and text27 slowed down to 0.1%.

I know it got a proper script in EXTREME, but I made a seperate version, simply because it had a slightly different HEAVY chart in DDRMAX (the 12th arrows toward the end were replaced with 8th and 16th arrows, for some weird reason.)

This one is based on STAY from DDRMAX2, albiet slightly extended.

I'm glad you guys are good at scripting the randommovies BG videos because that's a skill I lack, I have, however been working on something I am okay at, which is creating new video edits for songs that only used the dancing characters.

Well, all that's left are BG Scripts from DDR Festival (since I don't plan to do any scripts from DDR Ultramix or any of the Dancing Stage games.) I have already downloaded the animations that go with the rest of the songs, so all I have to do is recreate the scripts.

However, there are 4 other songs that I probably won't do. They are:

BABY LOVE ME (there are several screenshots in that one)

SO FABULOUS SO FIERCE (also due to many screenshots, which are from dance7.avi. Unlike BABY LOVE ME, however, this one is otherwise finished, I'm just missing the screenshots.)

WAITING FOR TONIGHT (This one has some special animations that I don't have. Other than that, it does seem doable.)

OUTER LIMITS (There's WAAAY to much going on for me. In fact, the only reason I have PARANOiA Respect is because I already did it's script a couple months back, though I did have to make a few changes to make it more accurate)

You know, I just watched the bgchanges for this song and it would actually be pretty fun to script, but there are reverse vids missing for both tunnel3 and ring11.

If I liked this song enough I'd try doing it (who knows, I may just anyway), but you're right, some of the vid changing points in the song are kinda wacky and don't make sense, so I'd vote to "fix" them to make them more in tuned with the song.

As for posting the still .png images for some songs, I thought there was a way to post those here. Of course I have all the still images from all those songs and can pass them off, or just post them here at some point with a link to the zip files of the .pngs or something...

I actually tried posting still images to this page back when I did FIRE DUB (countdown1 is probably the easiest animation to do stills for) and I tried every way I could. I think it had something to do with the 'img' button, but I tried that and it didn't seem to work.

It has just come to my attention that 2 songs that appeared in EXTREME US have yet to receive their BG scripts yet. I'm adding them to my to-do list. These are NEVER ENDING STORY (Power Club Vocal Mix) and THEME FROM ENTER THE DRAGON (Revival 2001/Notorius Mix)

...Aaaand we have a 5th song that falls into the "Can't someone else do it?" category, and that's THEME FROM ENTER THE DRAGON.
